SHREEM BEEJ SADHNA-MY EXPERIENCE

कुछ समय पहले आरिफ भाई की पोस्ट से प्रकाश मे आयी इस साधना पर मेरा ध्यान गया। इतनी सरल और महत्वपूर्ण साधना को भला कौन नहीं करना चाहेगा। आप इस साधना संबंधी पोस्ट को ब्लॉग पर निम्न लिंक पर जाकर पढ़ सकते हैं।

ब्लॉग पोस्ट मे बताई गयी CD के लिए मैंने बहोत सी जगह संपर्क किया पर कहीं से कोई जवाब नहीं। उस समय Facebook Group ना होने के कारण communication इतना सरल भी नहीं था। 6 महीने लग गए एक CD को ढूँढने मे, किसी प्रकार सफलता मिली और मैंने पूरा विधान स्वयं सदगुरुदेव की दिव्य वाणी मे सुना। जिसमे की सदगुरुदेव ने स्पष्ट बताया है की यह प्रयोग एक ऐसे ग्रंथ से है जो की सर्वथा लुप्त ही हो चुका है। कुछ प्रश्न उठे तो मैं आरिफ भैया के पास अपनी जिज्ञासा लेकर पहुँच गया। आरिफ भैया ने बड़े ही स्नेह से सारी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान किया और एक बड़े भाई की तरह सारा विधान समझाया। आगे चलकर कुछ और प्रश्न भी मस्तिस्क मे आये तो रघुनाथ भाई ने तत्काल सहयोग दिया। साधना से पूर्व ही जीवन की एक बड़ी सफलता ये मिली की मुझे वरिष्ठ भाइयों का प्रेम और पूर्ण सहयोग मिला, जो की निरंतर मिलता रहता है और अब जीवन भर की एक अमूल्य धरोहर है। अब साधना के लिए सामग्री एकत्रित करनी थी। चांदी की सलाका तो आसानी से मिल गयी पर चांदी के लॉकेट के लिए बहुत घूमना पड़ा। किसी प्रकार एक 2x1.5 इंच का लॉकेट मिल गया। मैंने अनुमान लगाया की 1x1 feet के भोजपत्र से काम चल जाएगा इतना बड़ा भोजपत्र ढूँढना भी एक समस्या थी पर किसी प्रकार वह भी मिल गया। अच्छी गुणवत्ता का केसर भी जरा मुश्किल से ही मिला।  सारी तैयार पूर्ण हो गयी और अब अमावस्या का इंतज़ार था।

अमावस्या की रात्रि आयी और मैं सारी सामग्री अपने साधना कक्ष मे एकत्रित कर के रख रहा था क्योंकि मुझे अंदाज़ा आ गया था की यदि 2 घंटे मे ये साधना सम्पन्न करनी है तो कोई भी चूक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 10:45 हो गए और बस अब 15 मिनट मे साधना प्रारम्भ करनी थी, तभी याद आया की लॉकेट तो रख लिया है पर बाह मे बाधने के लिए धागा तो लिया ही नहीं, ये मेरे लिए बड़ी समस्या थी क्योंकि अब बाज़ार जाकर धागा लाने का समय नहीं था, किसी प्रकार एक पूजन सामग्री के थैले मे धागा मिल गया, मुझे आजतक नहीं पता की वह काला धागा (जो की थोड़ा मोटा था और बांह पे बांधने के लिए ही उपयुक्त होता है) उस थैले मे कैसे आया। मैं खुश था की चलो अब सब तैयार है, तभी 10:55 को मेरे साधना कक्ष की ट्यूबलाइट (tubelight) उड़ गयी और अंधकार हो गया। ट्यूबलाइट जो पता नहीं कितने बरसों से चल रही थी, चलते चलते अपने आप ही बंद हो जाये ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है, उसे ठीक करने का प्रयास किया पर कोई फरक नहीं पड़ा। समय के अभाव को भाँप कर मैंने तत्काल मंद रोशनी वाली एक CFL जो की दूसरे रूम मे लगी थी और एक मात्र विकल्प था उसे निकाल कर मेरे साधना कक्ष मे लगा दिया और 11 बजते ही साधना विधि प्रारम्भ कर दी। सारी व्यवस्था पहले से कर चुका था इसलिए बाद मे कोई समस्या नहीं आयी। मंत्र जाप के साथ भोजपत्र पे श्रीं बीज का अंकन जरा तेज़ी से किया जिससे अंतिम प्रक्रिया के लिए समय बचा सकु। अंत मे सारी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करके भोजपत्र को मोड़ा तो त्रिगंध की बिंदियाँ लगने से वह थोड़ा भीग सा गया था और फूल भी गया था और लॉकेट मे उसे अंदर डालने मे जरा सी समस्या हुई पर किसी प्रकार मैंने उसे जबरदस्ती अंदर डाल ही दिया, और दाहिनी बाह पर बांध लिया। पूरा विधान सम्पन्न करके देखा तो अभी भी 1 बजने मे 2 मिनट बाकी थे। सदगुरुदेव से साधना मे सफलता के लिए प्रार्थना करके वहीं सो गया।

साधना का प्रभाव देखने के लिए मैं व्याकुल था, कुछ दिनो तक कोई भी अनुभव ना होने से थोड़ा सा उदास हो गया, रघुनाथ भैया से बात की तो उन्होने कहा की.... "हो सकता है प्रकृति ने आपके लिए इस साधना का फल तैयार कर दिया हो पर आप उसे देख नहीं पा रहे हो या तो वह फल अभी आप तक पहुंचा नहीं है। फल का चिंतन छोड़िए वह तो मिलकर ही रहेगा किसी न किसी प्रकार से, आप साधना पूर्ण एकाग्रता और मनोयोग से करो यही बहुत है। साधना तो अपने आप मे एक आनंद है, साधना करने के लिए साधना करो, साधना फल के चिंतन मे ही डूबे रहोगे तो वह साधना कैसे हुई।" बात छू गयी, और मैं फिर से प्रसन्न हो गया, तय कर लिया की फल जब मिलना होगा मिलेगा। मैं अपने दैनिक कार्य मे लग गया और जल्दी ही भूल भी गया। कुछ ही दिनो बाद अनायास ही एक बड़ी धनराशि मिली जिसकी कोई उम्मीद नहीं थी। दूसरे ही दिन और धनराशि किसी ना किसी प्रकार से मिली जो की पहले दिन की अपेक्षा कम थी, मैंने इसे सामान्य घटना तो नहीं माना पर ध्यान गया ही नहीं की ये मेरी की गयी साधना का प्रभाव है, जब यही क्रम तीसरे दिन भी लगातार रहा तो मुझे फिर समझ आ गया की इस धन आगमन के पीछे का रहस्य क्या है। यह सिलसिला चलता रहा और रोज धनराशि कम होती जाती जो की इस बात की सूचक थी की साधना का प्रभाव धीरे धीरे कम हो रहा था। इसी तरह ब्लॉग एवं तंत्र कौमुदी मे पोस्ट की गयी अन्य साधनाएँ भी मैं समय समय पर करता रेहता हूँ अब ये चिंता नहीं करता की किसका कितना प्रभाव या फल मिल रहा है क्योंकि जो मिलना होता है वह तो मिलता ही है भले ही समय कितना भी लगे। इसी अद्वितीय श्रीं बीज प्रयोग जिस प्रकार सदगुरुदेव ने बताया था उसी प्रकार यहाँ स्पष्ट कर रहा हूँ

श्रीं बीज साधना विधान :

यह पूर्णतः तान्त्रोक्त प्रयोग होते हुए भी सरल व एक दिवसीय मात्र 2 घंटे की साधना है। मात्र 2 घंटो मे ही साधना को सम्पन्न करना एक महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है। 

संक्रांति या किसी भी अमावस्या की रात्रि को ये प्रयोग करे। साधना से पूर्व ही साधना संबंधी सामग्री ला कर रख लें। एक भोजपत्र जो की थोड़ा बड़ा हो जिसमे आप 1008 बार श्रीं बीज लिख सके। एक चांदी की सलाका और एक इतना बड़ा चांदी का लॉकेट जिसमे की ऊपर बताया गया भोजपत्र समा सके, चांदी का लॉकेट इस प्रकार का हो की उसे अपनी बांह पर बांधा जा सके। ये सामग्री किसी भी सुनार की दुकान से मिल जाएगी, या तो order देकर बनवाई भी जा सकती है।

रात्रि मे 11 बजे त्रिगंध (कुमकुम, केसर और कपूर समान मात्रा मे मिलाये, उसमे जल का मिश्रण कर स्याही का निर्माण करें) बनाते हुए निम्न मंत्र का निरंतर जप करें। 

श्रीं ह्रीं श्रीं महालक्ष्म्यै नमः

इसके उपरांत पूर्णतः निर्वस्त्र होकर स्नान करें, शरीर पर किसी भी प्रकार का वस्त्र या धागा ना हो। ना ही कोई यज्ञोपवीत, धागा या मौली हो। स्नान करने के बाद किसी वस्त्र को स्पर्श न करे, कोई आपको ना देखे, आप किसी को न देखें, एकदम एकांत स्थान हो। कहने का तात्पर्य है की स्नान के पश्चात आप अपने साधना कक्ष मे आ जाएँ तब तक ना ही आपको कोई देखे ना ही आप किसी को देखें, इस बात की व्यवस्था पहले से कर लें। पूरा साधना क्रम पूर्ण रूप से निर्वस्त्र ही करे.

साधना कक्ष मे आकर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुह कर बैठे, किसी भी प्रकार के आसन का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है यदि आसन ना हो तो जमीन पर बैठे। 

सामने भोजपत्र रखें और भोजपत्र पर चांदी की सलाका से उपरोक्त विधि से बनाए गए त्रिगंध के द्वारा 1008 बार "श्रीं" लिखें और प्रत्येक श्रीं बीज लिखते वक़्त "श्रीं ह्रीं श्रीं महालक्ष्म्यै नमः" मंत्र का जप करें। एक बार मंत्र पढ़ कर एक श्रीं बीज का अंकन फिर दूसरी बार मंत्र पढ़कर दूसरे श्रीं बीज का अंकन इसी प्रकार 1008 बार लिखें। 

1008 बार श्रीं बीज का अंकन किसी भी प्रकार किया जा सकता है जैसा आपको अनुकूल हो, जरूरी नहीं है की उसे गोलाकार आकृति मे ही लिखा जाए। (मैंने इस प्रक्रिया की सरलता के लिए भोजपत्र के size के अनुसार ये अनुमान लगा लिया की एक पंक्ति मे कितनी बार श्रीं बीज अंकित हो पाएगा, यदि 50 बार एक पंक्ति मे हो जाता है तो सीधा सा गणित है की 20 पंक्तियों मे 1000 बार श्रीं बीजांकन हो जाएगा और बाकी 8 तो सरलता से स्वयं गिनकर लिखे जा सकते हैं)

इतना हो जाने के बाद मे निम्न मंत्र की एक माला (108 बार) जप हकीक माला से करें, एक बार मंत्र पढ़ के तर्जनी उंगली (pointer finger) से उसी त्रिगंध द्वारा 10 श्रीं बीज पर बिंदी लगाएँ, इस प्रकार एक माला मंत्र जप पूर्ण होते होते या उससे पहले ही भोजपत्र पर लिखे हुए 1008 श्रीं बीज पर बिंदियाँ लग जायेंगी। माला बाएँ हाथ (left hand) मे ले लें और दाहिने हाथ (right hand) की तर्जनी उंगली से बिंदियाँ लगाएँ।

श्रीं देवत्यै गंधर्व पिशाची कुबेराय हसन्मुखीं आगच्छ सिद्धये ह्रीं श्रीं हुं फट्

तदुपरान्त इसी भोजपत्र को मोड़ कर चांदी के लॉकेट मे डाल दें और लॉकेट के ढक्कन को बंद कर दें। चांदी का लॉकेट अपनी दाहिनी भुजा पर बांध लें, सदगुरुदेव से साधना मे सफलता के लिए प्रार्थना करें और सो जायें। रात्रि विश्राम वहीं भूमि पर निर्वस्त्र रहकर ही करना है। सोने के लिए भूमि पर चादर, चटाई आदि बिछा सकते हैं। सुबह उठकर आप वस्त्र आदि पहन कर अपनी दैनिक दिनचर्या मे लीन हो सकते हैं। और इस प्रकार ये साधना सम्पन्न होती है।

पूरी साधना 11 से 1 के मध्य हो जानी चाहिए, त्रिगंध बनाने से लेकर स्नान करने और पूर्ण साधना करने के बाद भोज पत्र को लॉकेट मे डालने और उसे दाहिनी बांह पर बांधने तक का कार्य 11 से 1 के मध्य हो जाना चाहिए। दिये गए समय मे इस साधना को सम्पन्न करना ही सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है। इस साधना मे किसी भी  चित्र, विग्रह, दीपक, धूप, पुष्प आदि का कोई विधान नहीं है। यह प्रयोग पुरुष या स्त्री कोई भी कर सकता है और इसमे भय जैसी कोई स्थिति नहीं आती। एक महीने के बाद उस भोजपत्र को नदी या सरोवर मे विसर्जित कर दें। चांदी का लॉकेट, सलाका और अन्य सामग्री अनेकों बार उपयोग की जा सकती है।

साधना सम्पन्न होते ही आय के नये आयाम खुलने लगते हैं, और किसी न किसी प्रकार धन आने लगता है। यदि प्रत्येक अमावस्या को ये प्रयोग कर लिया जाये तो धन आगमन होता ही रहता है।

I tried a lot searching at many place for the CD mentioned in the post of the blog but did not have reply from anywhere. At that time communication was not easy as there was no facebook group. However I succeeded finding that CD after 6 months and I heard complete process in divine voice of sadgurudev. In which sadgurudev have mentioned that this process in from a scripture which is completely extinct. When few question rose in mind, I approached Arifbhai with my queries. With co-operation Arifbhai resolved the queries and like a elder brother he made me understood the complete procedure. Further few more questions rose in mind then Raghunath bhai gave support certainly. Before sadhana one of the big success I got was love and co-operation from elder brothers, which continuing and now it is priceless gift of the life. Now it was time to collect sadhana materials. Pen of the silver was easily available but for silver locket I wander a lot. However, I got one locket which was 2x1.5 Inches.  I thoughtfully calculated that bhojpatra sizing 1x1 feet will work but to find such big bhojpatra too was difficult but somehow I arranged that too. With difficulties I also arranged quality saffron. All preparation was done and I was waiting for dark night (amavasya).

Amavasya night came and I was arranging all the sadhana materials collected in sadhana room because I was having estimate that there is no chance of missing anything if this sadhana has to be completed in two hours. 10:45 time it was and 15 minutes were left when I was about to do sadhana; suddenly I recollect that I placed locket but forgot to place thread through which locket could be worn on arm.  It was big problem as there was no time going and purchasing it. However I found one thread in my poojan material bag, till today I don’t know how that thread (which was thick and good enough to wear arm) came to that bag. I was happy as all preparation was done. At the same moment at 10:55 tube light of my sadhana room went off and it went completely dark. Tubelight which was running from several years went off by its own how it went possible; I tried to repair it but it remained same. Understanding the lack of the time I took another deem light CFL lamp from another room and as a single option I arranged it in my sadhana room and I started my sadhana as soon as it was 11PM. Everything was arranged before so there were no further troubles. The process to write shreem beeja on bhojapatra  was done in speed to save time for last procedure. At last when bhojpatra was folded at that time bhojpatra went a bit wet because trigandh bindi done on it and it also went  plim and thus to place it in locket was a bit problematic but I forcefully pushed it in the locket and worn it on my right arm. When I looked after completing the whole process it was still 2 minutes left in 1AM. With a prayer to sadgurudev for success in sadhana I went to sleep at the same place only.

I was very excited to see the effect of the sadhana, but with no experience for some day let me went sad. When I speaked with raghunath bhaiya he said that “it may happen that nature have created the result for you but you are not able to see it or it have not yet reached to you.  Needless to worry for result, for sure it will come to you in any form, if you do sadhana with concentration and heart and soul it is enough. Sadhana is a kind of joy, do sadhana to perform sadhana, if you are doing sadhana concentrating on results how that process acts as sadhana? Words touched and I returned with joyful mind,

I decided that whatever I will going to get I will. I went to my routine life and forgot everything quickly. After few days unintended I received a big amount which was not at all expected. On second day too I received some amount which was lesser in comparison to previous day however; I didn’t take it as normal thing but did not understand that it is the effect of sadhana. When this order remained in third day too then I understood the mystery of the same. This routine continued and daily amount used to be decreased which was sign that effect of sadhana is reducing. This way I keep on doing sadhana of blog and tantra kaumudi on time to time without worrying that what results I am about to get and all because whatever we are suppose to get, we will get however the time factor may be anything. The same unique shreem beej prayog I am describing here as given by sadagurudev.

Shreem beej sadhana process :

Being complete tantrokt prayog though this process is easy one day process and of only 2 hours.  It is basic necessity to complete this process in two hours time.

This process should be done on sankranti or any amavasya. Before staring sadhana place all the sadhana materials required for this. There should be one big Bhojpatra on which big enough to write shreem beej on it 1008 times. A silver pen (salaakaa) and a big enough locket of silver in which above mentioned bhojpatra could be placed, the locket should be in such design which could be tied around the arm. This material could be gain from any gold smith or could be made by giving order.

At 11Pm in night chant the mantra while preparing Trigandha (ink made of red vermillion, saffron and camphor in equal quantity with water)

Shreem Hreem Shreem Mahaalakshmayai namah

After that have a bath being completely naked, there should be no cloth or thread on the body. Neither yognopavit, mauli nor anyother thread. After bath one should not touch any cloth, no one should see you, you should not look any one, the place should be silent. What do I mean to say is after bath when you go to sadhana room no one should look you neither you should look any one, the things should be arranged accordingly. Complete sadhana process should be done naked.

Face sitting south direction in sadhana room, any aasan could be brought to use, if aasan is not available you should sit on floor.

Place bhojpatra in front of you and with pen of silver write 1008 time “shreem” on bhojapatra with ink of trigandh prepared with method mentioned above and with every time shreem beej is written one should chant “shreem hreem shreem mahaalakshmyei namah” mantra. While chanting one mantra write one “shreem” beej and after that second time chant mantra and write “shreem” beej second time and this way 1008 time shreem should be written.

1008 times shreem bej could be written according to your comfort, it is not essential to write it in round shape (for my comfort I made assumption according to size of bhojpatra that how many times shreem could be written in one line. For example if you can write 50 shreem in one line it is simple calculation that in 20 lines you can write 1000 shreem and rest 8 could be written easily counting by self)

After completing this, one rosary (108 times) chanting of the following mantra should be done with hakeek rosary. After chanting one mantra bindi of same trigandh should be done on 10 shreem. This way while completing 108 mantra or before that bindi would be applied in all 1009 shreem written on bhoj patra. Rosary should be in left hand and with right hand’s pointing finger one should apply bindi.

Shreem devatyai gandharv pishachee kuberaay hasanmukhim aagachchh siddhaye hreem shreem hum phat

After that fold the same bhojapatra and place it in silver locket and pack it with cap of it. Locket of the silver should be tied on right arm, pray sadgurudev for the success in sadhana and sleep. Night stay should be done on the same place on floor being naked. Before sleeping one can place sheet or mat on the floor. After waking up in the morning you may wear the cloths and go for your routine. And this way, the sadhana is complete.

Whole sadhana should be completed between 11PM to 1AM, all the process from making the trigandh to having a bath and completing the sadhana by placing bhojpatra in locket and wearing it all processes should be done between 11PM to 1AM. It is biggest challenge to complete the sadhana in given time. In this sadhana there is no necessity of any picture, idol, lamp, joss sticks, flowers etc. this process could be done by male or female anyone and there is no situation to be scared of. After 1 month place that bhojpatra in river or pond. Locket, pen of silver and other materials could be brought into use many times.

After completing sadhana new scope to generate money starts opening and with anyway money will start coming in. if this prayog is done on every amavasya in that condition money will continuously come.
