साधना : कुछ जिज्ञासाएं और उनके समाधान

मेरे मास्टर मुझे अक्सर यह बात समझाते हैं की कार्य चाहे कोई भी हो, कैसा भी हो हमारे हाथ में होता है उसे पूरी इमानदारी के साथ करना, क्योकि हार और जीत एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलु होते हैं पर इसका यह अर्थ भी नहीं होता है की हम कोई उम्मीद ही ना रखें क्योकि उम्मीद पर तो दुनिया कायम है ....पर साथ ही साथ इस बात को भी याद रखें की तंत्र भावनाओं पर नहीं चलता, उसे चलाता है हमारा दृढ़ संकल्प, हमारी अन्तश्चेतना और हमारे अंदर की प्राण उर्जा....क्योकि कमजोरी कैसी भी हो वो हानिकारक ही होती है.

 संशय हर रिश्ते का दुश्मन होता है, जहाँ इसके होने की आशंका भी होने लगे वहां फिर दूसरी कोई भावना नहीं रूकती. क्योकि हर रिश्ते का आधार विश्वास से बंधा होता है और हमें सिर्फ अपने हिस्से की वफा निभानी होती है और इन्ही सब बातों का ध्यान हमें अपने साधनात्मक जीवन में भी रखना पड़ता है. बहुत से सवाल ऐसे होते हैं जो साधना काल में हमारे मन-मस्तिष्क को हिला कर रख देते हैं और जब तक सही उत्तर ना मिले तब तक ना तो साधना में मन लगता है और ना ही किसी और काम में क्योकि हाथ में माला लेकर घंटो आँखें बंद करके बैठने से अगर सिद्धियाँ मिलती तो शायद आज हर दूसरा आदमी शंकराचार्य होता....बात अटपटी है पर उतनी ही सत्य भी.....

आम तौर पर अक्सर यह सवाल हमारे मन में आते हैं-

१. साधना किस समय पर शुरू करनी है और कब तक करनी है, इसे करने का सबसे उचित काल कौन सा है जिसमें यह सिद्ध हो जायेगी.....

२. मेरे पास प्राण प्रतिष्ठित यंत्र या माला नहीं है तो मैं क्या करूं......

३. कैसे पता चलेगा मुझे यह मंत्र सिद्ध हुआ या नहीं......

४. यदि में बताए गए समय पर साधना नहीं कर पाया तो क्या? मैं दुबारा इसे कब कर सकता हूँ....

५. मैंने इतने लाख अनुष्ठान इस मंत्र के कर लिए हैं पर मेरा यह कार्य सिद्ध नहीं हो रहा है ऐसा क्यों.... और ऐसे ही ढेरों प्रश्न जिनकी गणना करना असम्भव है.

अब क्रम से इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर-

१. हर साधना का अपना एक विशेष विधान और उसे करने का समय होता है इसमें कोई दो-राय नहीं है और यदि उस साधना को उसी समय में किया जाए तो वो फलीभूत भी होती है यह भी सत्य है पर यह सोचना की सिद्धि हाथ में माला लिए हुए मेरे सामने उपस्थित हो जाए यह उचित नहीं है क्योकि साधनाओं को करने के पश्चात ऐसा तो होता नहीं है की आपको आपकी दिनचार्य मैं उसका प्रभाव दिखाई ना देता हो, मन-मुताबिक प्रभाव मिलने का अर्थ ही यही है की आपके द्वारा किया गया मंत्र जाप फलीभूत हो रहा है और अगर हम यह बात करें की हम देवी को प्रत्यक्ष करने के मनोरथ से साधना कर रहे थे मगर वो प्रत्यक्ष नहीं हुई तो इसका एक सीधा सा उत्तर यह है की हजारों वर्ष लग जाते हैं ऐसी क्रिया के सम्पन्न होने में और साथ ही साथ अति कठोर नियमों का पालन करना होता है-

जैसे की विशेष खान पान, पूर्ण मर्यादित जीवन और अति कठोर विधान तब जाके कहीं यह किर्या सिद्ध होती है और यदि हम यह कहें की ५०० साल का समय मात्र ५ हफ्तों में संकुचित हो सकता जाए तो यह थोडा मुश्किल है...पर क्या यह बात कम है की परा शक्तियाँ अप्रत्क्ष रूप से ही सही पर आपको अपना सानिध्य तो दे रही हैं ना. साथ ही यदि इनका पूर्ण सिद्धिकरण करना हो तो अल्प काल के लिए ही सही साधक को पूर्ण मर्यादित और संयमित जीवन शैली का पालन करना ही होगा,याद रखिये प्रकटीकरण और पूर्ण सिद्धि दो अलग अलग बाते हैं. आपको इस कठिन मार्ग को कैसे साध्य करना है ये आपको ड्रिं संकल्प शक्ति से तय करना ही होगा.

२. अब दूसरा प्रश्न प्राण प्रतिष्ठित सामग्री का हर साधना में अपना एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है और उस साधना को सिद्ध होने में इनका विशेष योगदान होता है इसीलिए जहाँ तक सम्भव हो साधना करने से पहले बताई गयी सामग्री को प्राप्त कर लेना चाहिए पर यदि कभी ऐसा हो की यह सब आपको नहीं मिल रहा है तो क्या मात्र सामग्री के अभाव में साधना को ना करना क्या उचित है?..... नहीं ऐसा नहीं सोचना चाहिए क्योकि अगर कुछ नहीं है तो क्या गुरु चित्र तो है जो अपने आप में प्राण प्रतिष्ठित है और वो माला तो है जिससे आप गुरु मंत्र करते हो तो बस बन गया काम.....साधना को सम्पन्न करने से पहले सदगुरुदेव का आशीर्वाद अनिवार्य होता है तो क्या उन्ही सदगुरुदेव को प्राणों में बसाए हुए यदि सामग्री के अभाव में भी हम कोई साधना सम्पन्न कर रहे है तो वो सफलता देने से पहले यह सोचेंगे की इसने सामग्री का उपयोग नहीं किया तो इसे सफल होने का कोई अधिकार नहीं.....नहीं ऐसा कभी नहीं होगा क्योकि वो हमारे प्राणों से जुड़े है और वो जानते हैं की किन कारणों वश ऐसा किया गया है तो यकीन मानिए वो अपने आशीर्वाद से आपको वंचित नहीं रखेंगे.......

३. अब हम बात करते हैं की यह बात कैसे पता चले की जितना मंत्र जाप किया है वो हमें सिद्ध हुआ है या नहीं.....तो मंत्र सिद्ध ना हुआ हो इसका तो प्रश्न ही नहीं उठता क्योकि इस ग्रुप में साधनाओं से संबंधित जो भी मंत्र दिए जाते है वो सब जागृत होते हैं, इसीलिए तो आपको बस उनकी अधिकतम से अधिकतम ५१ माला करनी पडती हैं और वो भी इसलिए की मंत्र शक्ति और आपकी प्राण उर्जा में एक सामंजस्य बैठ जाए और साधना में होने वाली अनुभूतियाँ मंत्र के जाग्रत अवस्था में होने का ही  परिणाम है. अब जरा सोचिए जाग्रत मंत्र के साथ साधना करने में पसीने छूट जाते हैं तो क्या हो यदि आपको स्वयं वो मंत्र जाग्रत भी करना पड़े तब शायद इस जीवन में मात्र एक-दो साधनाएं कर पाना ही सम्भव होगा. पर साधना सम्पन्न हो जाने के बाद उसको छोड़ देना भी उचित नहीं है.....मास्टर हमेशा कहते हैं एक बार मंत्र और आपकी प्राण उर्जा एक हो जाने पर भी कुछ दिनों के अंतराल से और यदि सम्भव हो तो प्रति दिन उस मंत्र की कम से कम एक माला कर लेनी चाहिए जिससे की आप दोनों (मंत्र और आप) का आपसी तालमेल बना रहे.

४. हर साधना को करने का एक समय दिया जाता है पर ऐसा कभी-कभी हो जाता है की हम उस समय से चूक जाते हैं तो इसमें घबराने जैसी कोई बात नहीं है आप उस साधना को कभी भी कर सकते हैं बस इस बात का ध्यान रखें की आप उस समय विशेष से जान बूझकर ना चुकें हों और सदगुरुदेव तो हमेशा कहते हैं की जब भी अंदर से महसूस हो तभी साधना करनी चाहिए क्योकि जबरदस्ती मन को मार कर  आसन पर आँख बंद करने का क्या ओचित्य जब हमारा मन ही उस काम को नहीं करना चाहता है.

५. अब आते हैं हमारे अंतिम प्रश्न पर तो उसका एक सीधा सरल उत्तर यह है की हमारे द्वारा की गयी साधना की गिनती तो हम करते हैं पर वो गिन कर की गयी साधना कितने मन से की गयी थी इसका नतीजा कहीं ओर से आना होता है....हमारे हाथ में सिर्फ अपना कर्म करना है वो भी पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ. अब आप खुद ही सोचिये हमारी पूरी चेतना तो माला को गिनने में लगी पड़ी है तो हमने मंत्र जाप किया ही कहाँ? हमने तो बस आसन पर सदगुरुदेव के सामने बैठ कर गिनती की है....

 मेरे मास्टर हमेशा समझाते हैं रिश्ता चाहे माँ-बेटे का हो, पति-पत्नी का हो या फिर गुरु-शिष्य का अगर हम अपने हिस्से की वफ़ा निभाएंगे तो उस रिश्ते को अटूट बंधन में बंधने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता और हमारे सदगुरुदेव तो हमारे प्राणाधार हैं मतलब वो हम में ही हैं तो क्या हम अपने आप के प्रति ईमानदार नहीं रह सकते.....रह सकते हैं.....हैं ना J

My master often tells me one thing that whatever may be the work, how it may be, it is in our hands to do it with full honesty. Because winning and losing are two sides of the same coin but it does not mean that we don’t expect at all because it is the hope that sustains the life…….Side by side we should also keep one thing in mind that Tantra does not run on our feelings, it is based on our strong resolution, our inner consciousness and the power of inner praan……because whatever may be the weakness, it is always harmful.

Doubt/suspicion is the enemy of every relation .Where there is even a slightest of apprehension about it, there no other feeling can sustain because trust is the cornerstone of every relation and we only have to fulfill the loyalty of our portion and all these things have to be kept in mind in our spiritual life too. There are lots of questions which shake our mind and brain during the sadhna duration and when we do not get the correct answers then neither we feel like doing sadhna nor any other work. Because if siddhis were obtained by just taking rosary in hands and sitting for hours while closing you are eyes, then every second person would have been Shankracharya…… this may seem strange but it is that much true….

Generally these questions arise in our mind-

1.     At what time one should start sadhna and up till what time it has to be done. Which is the best time for doing sadhna in which sadhna can be accomplished…?

2.     I do not have energized yantra and rosary then what should I do…..

3.     How would you know that this mantra has been accomplished (siddh) by me or not….

4.     If I was not able to do sadhna at the time told to me then what? When I can do it again…..

5.     I have done lacs of anushthan of this mantra but this work is not getting accomplished. Why is it so…..and such type of so many questions which can’t be counted.

Now answers to this question in the same sequence…….

1.     Every sadhna has got its own special rules and there is definite time for doing any sadhna. There are no second-opinion on it.It is also true that If the sadhna is done during that time then it is fructified also but thinking that siddhi will appear in front of me with garland in her hands is not correct .Because it never happens after doing sadhna that you do not witness its influence in your daily-life. Getting the desired influence simply means that mantra jap done by you is getting fructified and if we say that we were doing the sadhna with the desire of manifesting the goddess but she did not appear then answer to it is quite simple that such an activity takes thousands of year to materialize and one need to follow very strict rules.—like special eating habits, full disciplined life and very strict rules then only this activity is accomplished. If we say that the duration of 500 years can be compressed into merely 5 weeks then this is little bit difficult……But is this not enough that Para powers though invisible , are giving their assistance to us. If one wants to completely accomplish them then may be for a shorter period, but sadhak would have to definitely follow complete disciplined life-style. Keep one thing in the mind that manifestation and complete accomplishment are two different things. You have to decide by your strong will power that how to accomplish this difficult path.

2.     Now second question. Energized sadhna articles paly a very important role in every sadhna and they contribute a lot in accomplishing sadhna. Therefore wherever it is possible, one should attain  the sadhna articles before doing any sadhna but if you are not able to get them then is it right not to do the sadhna in the absence of these articles?......No we should not think like this because if we do not have anything so what? We have Guru picture which is energized in itself and we have the rosary by which we chant Guru mantra so our work is done……It is compulsory to obtain the blessings of Sadgurudev before doing any sadhna then if we, with Sadgurudev in our heart, are doing any sadhna in absence of sadhna article, then will he think before giving us success that he has not used sadhna articles so he does not possess the right to succeed. ……never will it happen like this because he is connected to our heart and he knows the reason why we have done like this, so trust me, he will never deprive us of his blessings.

3.     Now we will talk about how we will know that the mantra jap which have done has been accomplished to us ……so there are no question mark over non-accomplishment of mantras because all sadhna related mantras which are given in this group are activated in themselves therefore you just have to chant maximum 51 rounds of rosary of them and that too so that coordination develops between power of mantra and power of your praan. Experiences in sadhna are only the results of activated state of mantras. Now just think that how you toil hard to do sadhna with activated mantras then what will happen if you have to activate mantras on your own .Then probably it will be possible to do only 1 or 2 sadhnas in entire life. But it is not correct to leave the mantra after completing the sadhna……Master always says even after mantra and power of praan becoming one, after a gap of few days or if possible, one should chant at least one rosary so that mutual coordination is maintained  between you both(Mantra and you).

4.     Time is given for doing every sadhna but it happens sometimes that we miss that time.so we need not to worry in this case. You can do that sadhna anytime .Just keep this thing in mind that you should not have missed that particular time intentionally and Sadgurudev always used to say that whenever you feel from inside, do the sadhnathen only. Because what is the point in doing sadhna forcefully when you are not feeling like doing it.

5.     Now we come to our last question. A simple and easy answer to this is that though we count the sadhna we do but how passionately we have done the sadhna( which we have done while counting ).Result of it has to come from somewhere else……Our job is to do our karma that too with total honesty. Now you think yourself when our full consciousness is busy in counting the rosaries then where we have done our mantra jaap? We have just counted the rosaries sitting on our aasan in front of Sadgurudev.

My Master always says that any relationship whether it is of mother-son, husband-wife or guru-shishya, if we fulfill the loyalty of our part then nobody can stop that relation from being ever-lasting. And Our Sadgurudev is our Praanadhar (base of our praan) meaning he is inside us so can’t we remain honest to ourselves…….we can…..isn’t it?
