गोपनीय त्रयी नवार्ण साधना( GOPNIYA TRAYI NAVARN SADHNA)

शक्ति की साधना वस्तुतः त्रिकोण की ही साधना कहलाती है ,अधोमुखी त्रिकोण शक्ति का ही प्रतीक होता है. दुर्गासप्तशती तीन चरितों में विभक्त है – प्रथम , मध्यम और उत्तम  चरित . और ये तीनों चरित आपस में मिलकर एक त्रिकोण का ही निर्माण करते हैं. प्रथम चरित काली कुल के अंतर्गत आता है, मध्यम चरित श्री कुल के अंतर्गत आता है और उत्तम चरित सारस्वत कुल के अंतर्गत आता है. हम सभी जानते हैं की साधना जगत में इस त्रिशक्ति का बीज मन्त्र ‘ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं’ है.   बहुत कम साधकों को पता होगा की दुर्गासप्तशती के प्रत्येक अध्याय के पूर्व ९-९ माला नवार्ण मन्त्र का जप कर लेने से कितनी सहजता प्राप्त हो जाती है. परन्तु दुर्गासप्तशती के पथ के पूर्व बटुक भैरव मंत्र और स्तोत्र का पाठ आपकी साधना में पूर्ण अनुकूलता ला देता है. और यदि हमारे मन में त्रयी शक्तियों में से किसी विशेष शक्ति के प्रत्यक्षीकरण का भाव हो तब ऐसे में इसके लिए इन शक्तियों से सम्बंधित नवार्ण मंत्र का ही विशेष विधि से जप किया जाना चाहिए. प्रत्येक शक्ति का अपना अपना नवार्ण मंत्र है जो विशेष बीजों से युक्त है. और इन शक्तियों का समन्वित नवार्ण मन्त्र तो हम सभी जानते ही हैं.‘ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुण्डायै विच्चे’ ये मूल नवार्ण मंत्र है .‘ॐक्रीं ऐं महाकाल्यै विच्चे’ - काली कुल या प्रथम चरित का नवार्ण मन्त्र है .‘ॐश्रीं ह्रीं महालक्ष्म्यै विच्चे’ -  श्री कुल या माध्यम चरित का नवार्ण मन्त्र है .‘ॐऐं क्लीं सरस्वत्यै विच्चे’ – सारस्वत कुल या उत्तम चरित का नवार्ण मन्त्र है.      और यहाँ प्रश्न ये उठता है की इन नवार्ण मन्त्रों के पहले ॐका प्रयोग क्यूँ किया गया है जबकि सामान्यतः नवार्ण मन्त्र के पहले ॐलगाने का विधान नहीं है,तो वो मात्र इसी कारण की कुल विशेष के नवार्ण मंत्र ॐलगाने के बाद ही ९ वर्ण के हो पाते हैं. इनके माध्यम से ना सिर्फ साधक अपने अभीष्ट को प्राप्त कर सकता है अपितु इन मूल शक्तियों का भी दर्शन कर सकता है. साधना विधि-मंगलवार की मध्य रात्रि में काली साधना और सिद्धि हेतु –नीम के वृक्ष के नीचे काले वस्त्र धारण करके  महालक्ष्मी की सिद्धि के लिए विल्व वृक्ष के नीचे लाल वस्त्र धारण करके भगवती सरस्वती के लिए अशोक वृक्ष के नीचे श्वेत वस्त्र धारण करके  बैठकर साधना करना चाहिए.साधना के पूर्व सम्बंधित वस्त्र धारण कर सम्बंधित रंग के आसन पर बैठ कर  सदगुरुदेव और बटुक भैरव का पूजन संपन्न करना अनिवार्य है, उडद के बड़े और दही का भोग लगाना चाहिए.और ‘भं भैरवाय नमः’ मन्त्र की ३ माला संपन्न करना चाहिए. तत्पश्चात मूलाधार चक्र के स्वामी भगवान गणपति का पूजन अर्चन करना चाहिए और ‘गं गणपतये नमः’ मन्त्र की ४ माला जप करनी चाहिए. इसके साथ ही ‘ॐडाकिन्यै नमः’ मंत्र का २१ बार उच्चारण  कर भूमि पर बायीं तरफ एक सुपारी स्थापित कर दे.ऐसा करना अनिवार्य होता है. इसके बाद सामने बाजोट पर सम्बंधित रंग का वस्त्र बिछा कर एक अधो मुखी त्रिकोण का निर्माण करे, ये त्रिकोण त्रिगंध से निर्मित होना चाहिए. त्रिकोण निर्माण करते समय सम्बंधित देवी का नवार्ण मन्त्र जप करते रहना चाहिए. उसके बाद देवी का मूल ध्यान मन्त्र ११ बार उच्चारित करना चाहिए-

‘नमो देव्यै महादेव्यै शिवायै सततं नमः |

नमः प्रकृत्यै भद्रायै नियताः प्रणताः स्मृताम ||’ 

त्रिकोण के मध्य में जहाँ बिंदु अंकित है वहाँ काले तिलों की ढेरी बनाकर उस पर गौघृत का दीपक प्रज्वलित कर दे. उस दीपक का तथा त्रिकोण की तीनों भुजाओं का पूजन मूल नवार्ण मन्त्र से करे, अर्थात पुष्प,अक्षत,तिलक,धुप,दीप और नैविद्य समर्पित करते समय ‘ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुण्डायै विच्चे अक्षत समर्पयामी’ धूपं समर्पयामी आदि उच्चारित करे.तत्पश्चात मूंगा माला से सम्बंधित देवी का नवार्ण मंत्र २७ माला जप करके ‘ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं क्लीं ह्रीं ऐं’  मन्त्र की ५१ माला जप करे फिर पुनः से सम्बंधित देवी का नवार्ण मंत्र २७ माला जप करे. इस प्रकार तीन दिनों तक करना है. जप के समय दृष्टि दीपक की लौ पर केंद्रित होनी चाहिए.अंतिम दिवस आपको सम्बंधित देवी के जाज्वल्यमान दर्शन होते ही हैं तथा अन्य कार्यों में आ रही बाधा भी समाप्त हो जाती है. ये हमारेजीवन का सौभाग्य है की सदगुरुदेव के आशीर्वाद से ऐसी गोपनीय साधना प्रकाश में आई है. मैंने स्वयं इस साधना के द्वारा उस स्थिति को देखा और समझा है परखा है ,तभी इतनी निश्चितता से  आप लोगो के सम्मुख इसे रखने का साहस कर रहा हूँ. 

    जीवन के प्रत्येक कर्म की अधिष्ठात्री कोई ना कोई विशेष शक्ति होती है.तंत्र में जितनी भी क्रियाएँ होती हैं वे सभी किसी खास शक्ति के अंतर्गत ही आती हैं,यही कारण है की बहुधा लोगो को जब इन कर्मों की अधिष्ठात्री शक्ति का ही ज्ञान नहीं होता है तो भला उनके द्वारा किये गए तांत्रिक कर्म कैसे सफल हो सकते हैं . अज्ञानतावश किया गया कैसा भी सरल से सरल प्रयोग इसी कारण सफल नहीं हो पाता है . इसलिए यदि क्रिया से सम्बंधित शक्ति का ज्ञान हो जाये तो ज्यादा उचित होता है.... जैसे –

वशीकरण – वाणी स्तम्भन – रमाविद्वेषण – ज्येष्ठा उच्चाटन – दुर्गा मारण – चंडी या काली             के अंतर्गत आते हैं . इसी प्रकार तंत्र और उससे जुडी प्रत्येक क्रिया का यदि विधिवत प्रयोग किया जाये तो क्रिया से सम्बन्धी शक्ति पूर्ण सिद्धि देती ही है. भला वो कैसे संभव है ?? क्यूंकि महाविद्या इत्यादि क्रम तो अत्यंत जटिल कहे गए हैं कोई बिरला ही इसमें सफलता पा सकता है, ठीक इसी प्रकार मैंने ये भी सुना है की दुर्गा सप्तशती एक तांत्रिक ग्रन्थ है , और मैंने ये भी सुना है की यदि सही तरीके से इसका पथ या प्रयोग किया जाये तो शक्ति के प्रत्यक्ष दर्शन संभव होते ही हैं, और वह कौन सी मूल क्रिया है जो सरल और सहज भाव से जीवन के चतुर्विध पुरुषार्थों की प्राप्ति करवाती ही  है ?? देखो ये तो सही है की महाविद्या को पूर्णता के साथ सिद्ध कर लेना एक अलग बात है परन्तु , बहुत बार साधक अपने जीवन की सामान्य से परेशानियों या कार्यों के लिए सीधे ही इन महाविद्याओं का प्रयोग करने लगता है , जो की उचित नहीं कहा जा सकता है ,क्यूंकि ऐसी स्थिति के लिए तो आप जिस महाविद्या का मन्त्र जप करते हैं हैं या जिसे वर्षों से कर रहे हैं , यदि मात्र उनके मन्त्र का विखंडन रहस्य समझ कर मन्त्र के उस भाग का ही प्रयोग किया जाये तब भी आप को समबन्धित समस्या का निश्चित समाधान मिलेगा ही. जैसे मान लीजिए कोई साधक भगवती तारा की उपासना कर रहा है और उसके परिवार के किसी सदस्य को स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी जटिल बीमारी हो गयी हो .... तब इसके लिए मूल मंत्र की दीर्घ साधना के बजाय उस मन्त्र या स्तुति के एक विशेष भाग का प्रयोग भी अनुकूलता दिला देता है .... ‘तारां तार-परां देवीं तारकेश्वर-पूजितां, तारिणीं भव पाथोधेरुग्रतारां भजाम्यहम्….स्त्रीं ह्रीं हूं फट्’  -  मन्त्र से जल को अभिमंत्रित कर उससे नित्य रोगी का अभिषेक करे, तो उसके रोगों की समाप्ति होती है.‘स्त्रीं त्रीं ह्रीं’ मन्त्र से १००८ बार अभिमंत्रित कर अक्षत फेकने से रूठी हुयी प्रेमिका या पत्नी वापिस आती है .‘हंसः ॐ ह्रीं स्त्रीं हूं हंसः’ मन्त्र से अभिमंत्रित काजल का तिलक लगाने से कार्यालय,व्यवसाय और अन्य लोगो को  साधक मोहित करता ही है.   वस्तुतः मूल साधना से सिद्धि पाने में बहुत सी बातों का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है . जिनके सहयोग से ही उस महाविद्या साधना में सिद्धि मिलती है. यथा शरीर स्थापन इत्यादि. और एक निश्चित जीवन चर्या को भी अपनाना पड़ता है .तभी सफलता प्राप्ति होती है ,अन्यथा ये साधनाए तो साधक का तेल निचोड़ देती हैं ,इतनी विपरीतता बन जाती है साधक के जीवन में की वो इन साधनाओं को सिद्ध करने का संकल्प ही मध्य में छोड़ देता है .    रही बात दुर्गा सप्तशती की तो हाँ ,निश्चय ही ये सांगोपांग तंत्र का बेजोड ग्रन्थ है और इसके माध्यम से देवी के समन्वित और भिन्न भिन्न तीनों रूप के दर्शन किये जा सकते हैं,बस उनके लिए निश्चित विधि का प्रयोग करना पड़ता है . यदि इसके लिए भगवती राज राजेश्वरी की साधना कर ली जाये तो सोने पर सुहागे वाली बात हो जाती है . एक बात कभी नहीं भूलनी चाहिए की मन्त्र ,उस मन्त्र की इष्ट शक्ति और साधक ये तीनों साधना काल में एकात्म ही होते हैं ,यदि साधक इसमें अंतर लाता है तो उसे सफलता नहीं मिल सकती है . प्रत्येक साधना में सद्गुरु की प्रसन्नता आपको सफलता दिलाती है , इसलिए हमें सदा सर्वदा ऐसे कृत्य ही करना चाहिए , जिससे उन्हें प्रसन्नता का अनुभव हो. जब एक सामान्य व्यक्ति भी प्रसन्न होकर हमरे कार्यों को सरल कर देता है तब ऐसे में ब्रम्हांडीय विराटता लिए हुए सदगुरुदेव के प्रसन्नता हमें क्या कुछ प्रदान नहीं कर सकती है.

Sadhna of Shakti is considered as Tricone (triangle) sadhna in its true sense as Adhomukhi Tricone is the symbol of Shakti. Durgasapatshatii is divided into three parts (charit) – first, middle and the finest one which we named as pratham, madhyam and uttam and collectively these three parts create nothing but a Tricone itself. First part falls under the category of Kaali Kula, middle one is categorized under Shri Kula and the finest one which is regarded as Uttam Chrit comes in the category of Sarasvatt Kula. We all well aware about this fact that in sadhna field “Aing Hreeng Kleeng “is the basic Beej mantra of this Tri Shakti sadhna but there must be very few sadhaks who know that before the each chapter of Durgasapatshatii if a person does one singe mala of Nvaaran mantra than everything becomes so easy for further process but it becomes more favorable if a sadhak does Batuk Bhairav Mantra and Satotra Paath before doing Durgasapatshatii. The most important thing is that out of these Tri Shakti if one wants to have the glimpse of (prtakshhikaran) of a special one than he must go for Nvaaran mantra jaap following special procedure related to that particular Shakti as every Shakti has her own Nvaaran mantra which has its own special Beej mantras but the common basic Nvaaran mantra of these Shakties is well known to everyone which is “Aaing Hreeng Kleeng Chamundaiy Vichchy “.

Similarly “Om Kreeng Aaing Mahakaalyaie Vichchy” is the Nvaaran mantra of Kaali Kula or the first part.

 “Om Shreeng Hreeng Mahalakshmaayaie” is the Nvaaran mantra for Shri Kula or the middle part.

 “Om Aaing Kleeng Sarasvattyaie Vichchy” is the Nvaaran mantra for the Uttam Chrit. Now the question is that why the word “Om” has been used before each and every Nvaaran mantra of special sect (Kula) as there is no such rule or definition regarded this use is exits so my dear its answer is that only by using this sound that is “Om” we can relate any particular mantra with a particular sect. With the help of these mantra sadhak not only achieved his desired destination but he can also see the basic Tri Shakti of these mantras. To get success in the sadhna of this Tri Shakti one should start it during the middle night of Tuesday and if he wants to get success in Kaali sadhna than he should wear black clothes and start his sadhna by sitting under the shade of Neem tree.

 Similarly for Mahalakshmi sadhna he need to wear red clothes and carry on the procedure under Vilv Tree

 And for success in Bhagwati Saraswati sadhna he should wear white clothes and does his sadhna under Ashok Tree. Before doing sadhna it is essential to wear related color clothes and sadhak should sit on related color’s altar of that sadhna and as he sit on the altar it must to get the blessings of Sadgurudev and Batuk Bhairav and to offer them Uradd ke Bade and Curd (dahi) as bhog with the 3 mala of following mantra “Bham Bhairavay Namah” than in order to take the blessings of the King of Mooladhaar Chakra that is Lord Ganpati one need to do pooja of Ganpati ji with the  4 mala of mantra “ Gam Ganpataye Namah” along with this by chanting the mantra “ Om Dakinaay Namah” 21 times put (sthapit) a supari on the earth on your left side as it is must to do. After all these on the Bajout in front of you spread sadhna’s related color cloth and make a Adhomukhi Tricone on it always remember this Tricone should be built up with Trigandh and while making the Tricone don’t forget to enchant the Nvaaran mantra of related Devi ( deity). After that for the 11 times one should speak out the basic dhyaan mantra of Deity (Devi) which is

“Namoh Devaay Mahadevaay Shivaay Sattath Namah: 1

Namah: Prakrityaay Bhadraay Niyataah: Pranntaah: Smertaam 11’

In the middle of Tricone where Bindu has been made at that place make a heap of black till (kale tillon ka dher) and then on it lit a Deepak that too with cow’s butter ( goughrit). Do the pooja of that Deepak and Tricone’s three side arms (uski teeno bhujaaye) with basic Nvaaran mantra and while offering flowers (pushp), rice (akshht), sacred mark (tilak), incense (dhoop) and holy food (navaidhy) enchant the mantra “Aaim Hreem Kleem Chamundaiy Vichchy Akshht Smarpyaami’ Dhoop Smarpyaami. When all this get done then take a Coral Rosary ( moonga mala) and speak out the Nvaaran mantra of related Devi 21 times after this enchant this mantra “ Aaim Hreem Kleem Kleem Hreem Aaim” for 51 times then again complete the circle by doing Devi’s Nvaaran mantra for 21 times. Carry on this process for continuous three days and while enchanting mantra one’s eye should be centered on the light of lamp ( Deepak) as on the third day it is damm sure that one will have the sparkling glimpse of related deity but all the obstacles and hindrances from his way also get removed. It is our good luck that due to the divine blessings of Sadgurudev we have the honor to have the knowledge of this secret sadhna and I too have judged and tested it on my personal experience that’s why I am here referring it in front of you people with full faith that it is result oriented.

Behind the each and every action ( karma) of life there is a special ownering shakti ,to whom we call Adhishthaatri Devi, related to that action is responsible for its happening similarly in tantra every procedure is carried out under the command of some special power but there are number of people who don’t know which deity is regarded as the supreme power of which procedure than how they expect success in tantra as we all know little knowledge is dangerous thing and it’s this little knowledge which becomes the cause root of failure in the easy to easiest process of tantra so it’s better to have the complete knowledge of process and its authority like-

Such procedures as Vashikaran- Vaani Satambhan- Ramavidveshhan- Jyeshhtha Uchchatnan- Durga Maran fall under the authority of Chandi or we can say Kaali. Now the doubt here rises is….

 Who takes its guarantee that if the whole procedure is carried out properly then its related supreme power will bless you??? As all the process and procedures related to Mahavidya is entitled as the toughest one and out of hundreds ones a single unique one gets success in them…..Just like that I have heard that Durgasapatshatii is a tantric granth and if carefully and properly its practicals should carry out than the deity is bounded to mark its appearance in front of sadhak and which is that fundamental process which helps to attain complete man power ( Chaturvidh Purusharth) in life that too by following easy going way???

 Now here the all answers are there…..firstly let me make it clear for all of you that to get all Mahavidya Sidh is something different matter…..so its completely unfair if a sadhak starts to use these Mahavidhyaas just to get rid of his daily life’s minor problems and situations as he can get them settle down just by doing the mantra jaap of that deity which he is doing from a long time back and for this he just need to understand the Vikhandan Rehasya of that mantra as which section of mantra will help him to which type of action…..definitely he will get the solution…..see how simple it is….isn’t it……ya it is if the doer is conscious. Let me make it more simple for you with an example……now just think there is a sadhak who is doing Bhagwati sadhna but at the same time someone is suffering from severe health disease in his family………than he just to change the section of mantra that is at the place of basic mantra’s Dheerg Sadhna he should enchant that mantra or Satotra of it which deals with health portion as –

…..Tara Taar-Pra Devi Tarkeshwer-Poojtiyan, Tarini Bhav Pathodherugratara Bhjamyahm...Streem Hreem Hum Phat…just get the water enlighten (abhimantrit) with this mantra and give it to that person everyday he will soon recover his health. “Streem Treem Hreem” by making the rice (akshht) enlightens (abhimantrit) with this mantra jaap 1008 times and then throwing them away is helpful in getting back angry beloved or wife. If a sadhak put a tilak of enlighten kajal on his forehead with the mantra “Hans: Om Hreem Streem Hun Hans: then every person in his office or business place gets attracted towards him. Finally in order to get sidhi in basic sadhna one need to pay attention at number of things because with the co-operation of these small things one get sidhi in Mahavidya. For this one need to follow a decided life style and shreer sthaapan process otherwise these sadhnaas can make your life living hell. Sometime situation become so severe that sadhak drop his resolution in between. Now come to our first question so the answer is YES!! Durgasapatshatii is a marvelous granth of Saangopaang Tantra and by following its complete process one can have the blissful presence of the whole three figures of Durga Deity but to have this divine feeling one need to follow proper procedure. If a sadhak does the sadhna of Bhagwati Raj Rajeshwari for this than its divinity becomes peerless. Always remember one thing that during sadhna- mantra, supreme authority of that mantra and sadhak becomes one during sadhnaa period as if there remains any gap then forget about success. In every sadhna Sadgurudev’s happiness is essential for success so one should do such deeds which can bring smile on Sadgurudev’s face as smile is a power to get your work done from a common person then think what will its reaction if it spread on the lips of the Highest Divine Power of this Universe.
