नाद सबंधित प्रथम प्रक्रिया के दो चरण के बारे मे पिछले लेखो मे हमने चर्चा की है. इसी प्रक्रिया का अंतिम और अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण चरण है इसका तृतीय चरण. दिव्यात्मा से जब इस तृतीय चरण पर चर्चा चली तो उन्होंने कहा की ये चरण के बाद साधक अपने आतंरिक ब्रम्हांड के माध्यम से लोक लोकान्तरो की यात्रा कर सकता है. वहा की रीत भात से परिचित हो सकता है तथा निवासियों से वार्तालाप कर सकता है. साथ ही साथ उनसे साधनात्मक ज्ञान भी प्राप्त कर सकता है. साधक के लिए ये एक अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है जहा से आध्यात्म के क्षेत्र मे उसकी प्रगति अपने आपमें ऐतेहासिक हो सकती है.
मेने इस से सबंधित विवरण जानने की इच्छा प्रकट की तब उन्होंने कहा की पहले दो चरणों की तरह यह प्रक्रिया भी २१ दिन मे पूरी होती है, इस प्रक्रिया मे साधक को सुबह एवं शाम दोनों समय एक मंत्र का स्फटिक माला से जाप करना रहता है, वस्त्र सफ़ेद रहे तथा दिशा उत्तर. आसान भी सफ़ेद ही हो. साधक प्रथम सदगुरु का पूजन करे प्रत्यक्ष या फिर प्रतीक पर (फोटो / यन्त्र). इसके बाद साधक को निम्न मंत्र की २१ माला जाप सुबह तथा २१ माला रात्रि मे करे. अगर साधक के लिए संभव हो तो उसे दोपहर मे भी २१ माला जाप करना चाहिए. यु दिन मे ३ बार/ दो बार सुबह ६ बजे के बाद, अगर दोपहर मे साधक जाप करे तो १२ बजे के बाद तथा रात्रि मे ९ बजे के बाद जाप करे. इस साधना मे साधक को अपनी आँखे बंद कर ह्रदय पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए मंत्र जाप करना है. मंत्र है-
“ॐ सोऽहं हंसः स्वाहा”
मेरे आश्चर्य का कोई पार नहीं रहा. ये मंत्र तो मेने कई बार सुना है. सदगुरुदेव ने शिविरों मे तथा लेखो मे इस मंत्र को २-३ बार दिया है. लेकिन हर बार की तरह उनसे प्रदत मंत्रो को सामान्य समज कर हमने लाभ नहीं उठाया. आज जब इन दिव्यात्मा से इस सबंध मे पता चला तो एकबारगी ही भावविभोर हो गई अंतर आत्मा. सदगुरुदेव ने सच मे हीरक खंड हमारे सामने बिखेरे थे लेकिन हम उसे सिर्फ कंकड पत्थर मान कर ही....
कुछ कहा नहीं गया मुझसे. रात्री काल मे छत पर लेटा हुआ सितारों को देख रहा था, लग रहा था जैसे सदगुरुदेव मुस्कुरा रहे है. ये कोई प्रथम बार की घटना नहीं थि, इससे पहले भी एक बार मे एसी ही कुछ गलती कर चूका था. सदगुरुदेव का साहित्य ठीक है अपनी जगह लेकिन मुझे तो अज्ञात मंत्रो को जानना है; कुछ एसी ही सोच कर इधर उधर भटकता रहता था. एक सिद्ध तांत्रिक से परिचय हुआ. उन्होंने कहा की तुम्हारे इष्ट को प्रत्यक्ष कर दिखा दू अभी. रात्री काल मे ऐसा उन्होंने कर के भी दिखाया. अभिभूत हो गया मे अपने उस अनुभव से. उनसे कहा की आपने यह कैसे किया, तब उनकी तरफ से जवाब आया की तंत्र के क्षेत्र मे ज्ञान ऐसे ही नहीं मिलता, जब अपनी योग्यता सिद्ध कर मेरा विश्वास जित लोगे तब बताऊंगा. तब बताऊंगा वो एक मंत्र जिससे मेने ये मुकाम पाया है. और पुरे डेढ़ साल तक कष्ट पीड़ा को सहते हुए उनका विश्वास जीता. और एक दिन वह आया जब उन्होंने मुझे मंत्र दिया लेकिन विषद सा फ़ैल गया अपने अंदर. ऐसा लगा जैसे एक साथ हजारो सांप मुझे अभी दस ले और मे मर जाऊ. जिस मंत्र से उन्होंने इतनी सिद्धता पायी थि और जो मुझे उन्होंने कृपा कर प्रदान किया था वह त्रिबीज मंत्र था जो की सदगुरुदेव कम से कम १००० बार अपने शिष्यों के मध्य दे चुके है. और मेने भी वह मंत्र कई बार सुना था. ग्लानी भाव भर आया की मेने अपने सदगुरुदेव के द्वारा दी गई साधनाओ का महत्व कभी समजा ही नहीं. उनको एक एक मंत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए कितना कष्ट हुआ होगा और वह मंत्र हमारे बिच..... आँखों से आंसू निकलने लगे, फिर से उन सितारों को देखने लगा. आकाश मे उनका चेहरा जैसे अभी भी साफ़ साफ़ नज़र आ रहा था, मुस्कुराते हुए. सायद इसी लिए उन्होंने मुझे कहा था की आवाहन से इन प्रक्रियाओ को प्राप्त करो, आवाहन तथा साधना से सबंधित कई रहस्य से पर्दा उठ जाएगा ....

We discussed about first two stages of first process related to naad. There is last and important stage of this process. When this stage was discussed with Divyatma, he said that after this stage, with the help of inner universe sadhak can travel in other worlds. He can understand their living and can also communicate with living-once there. With that knowledge regarding sadhana can also be gain from them. For sadhak, this is very important boarding of sadhana world which can make his progress a historical.
When I presented my wish for more description of process, he told me that like previous two stages, this process is also been completed in 21 days. In this process, sadhak should do mantra chanting with sfatik rosary in both morning and evening time. Cloths should be white and direction should be north. Aasan should also be white in colour. Sadhak should do guru poojan first either in apparent form or in the form of emblem (on photo/yantra). After that sadhak should chant the mantra’s 21 rosary in morning and 21 rosaries in night. If it is possible, sadhak should also do the 21 rounds in afternoon too. This way 3 times/2 times in day sadhak should do mantra chanting in particular time period which is after 6 in morning, in case if applicable after 12 in afternoon and after 9 in the night time. This sadhana should be done with closed eyes with concentrating on heart. Mantra is
“Om Soham Hansah Swaha”
There was no limit of my surprise. I heard this mantra many times. Sadgurudev have given this mantra in shivir and in articles 2-3 times. But like it happens always, we did not try to take benefit from the mantra given by sadgurudev by taking it just another mantra. There was nothing to speak. In night time I was watching stars sleeping on the roof, it was looking like sadgurudev is smiling. This was not first time, before this too once I had made the same mistake. It is ok that we have materials of sadgurudev but I want to know about secret mantras; with such thinking I used to roam here and there. I came in contact with one accomplished tantric. He said that I can even saw you your isht right now. In the night time, he also did the same. I went overwhelmed with that experience. I asked that with what process you became eligible to do this; at that time answer came from his side that in tantra field you cannot have knowledge just like this, when you will prove your eligibility by winning my faith, I will tell you. I will give you the mantra with which I achieved this stage. And suffering many pains and problems after one and half year I was able to have his faith. And there came a day when he gave me the mantra but bitterness spread away in my soul. It was like if thousands of snakes bite me in one moment and I should die in certain. The mantra with which he achieved that stage and with his good will he told me that was tribeej mantra which was told by sadgurudev at least 1000 different times to his disciples. And I too heard that mantra many times. Guilt rushed all over me that I never understood the importance of sadhana given by sadgurudev. How pains and sufferings he must had faced to gain these divine mantras and that mantras he used to spread between us just like anything…tears rolled over my eyes, again started looking at the stars. It was like his face was clearly visible in the sky till, with divine smile. I think it may be the reason he told me that take these processes through aavahan, many secrets related to aavahan and sadhana will be revealed…
