एक प्रश्न हमेशा से पूंछा जाता हैं की क्यों किसी भी साधना को एक विशेष महूर्त में ही किया जाना चाहिए .एक सुयोग्य साधक हमेशा से एक ऐसा समय चुनता हैं जब की की सारा विश्व उसे सहयोग देता हुआ प्रतीत होता हैं, जब सब हमारे अनुकूल हो तब सफलता मात्र आसानी से प्राप्त हो जाती हैं .इसी तरह का एक समय अब आने वाला ही हैं .और इस समय को हाँथ से नहीं जाने देना चाहिए.
यह कोई ऐसा बात नहीं हैं की हर महीने बार बार आता हो ,और अगर ऐसी बात हैं तो इसका फायदा उठाना चाहिए और इस महूर्त का लाभ लेना ही चाहिए.
अब यह प्रश्न यह हैं की आखिर ये ग्रहण इतना महत्त्व पूर्ण क्यों हैं , वह इसलिए की एक माला मंत्रजाप जो किया जाता हैं इस काल के दौरान वह अपने आप में किसी अन्य समय की अपेक्षा हज़ार माला का परिणाम देने में समर्थ होता हैं ध्यान रखे की इसका यह मतलब कदापि नहीं हैं की जो साधना १०० माला जप करने के विधान से युक्त हो उसे आप एक माला में ही पूर्ण मान लेंगें ऐसा नहीं हैं, आपको तो साधना के अनुसार ही जप करना चाहिए , हाँ जब हर माला का जप का परिणाम हज़ार गुना मिल रहा हो तो आप ही सोचे की सफलता कितनी दूर खड़ी होगी
यहाँ पर सम्पूर्ण ता से तात्पर्य यह हैं की बहुमुखी लाभ हो ओर बहुमुखी से मतलब जीवन के हर पक्ष , हर क्षेत्र में सफलता प्राप्त हो ही. चाहे वह धन आगमन का क्षेत्र हो या अन्य किसी बात से युक्त हो .

आपको इन ग्रहण काल के समय के बारेमें अपने क्षेत्र के लोकल पंचांग से अधिक जानकारी मिल जाएगी , आपके लिए में यहाँ बता देना चाहता हूँ की यह सही हैं की ग्रहण काल तो कुछ मिनिट से कुछ घंटे तक जा सकता हैं पर की आप जानते हैं की प्रकृति में लगभग १२ घंटे पहले से हलचल प्रारंभ जो होतीहैं वह अगले १२ घंटे तक चलती हैं यहाँ मेरा तात्पर्य सूक्ष्म जगत से हैं ओर जिसका साधना से कहीं ज्यादा लेना देना हैं मतलब तो यह हुआ की हम इन २४ घंटे का उपयोग कर सकते हैं , क्यों नहीं कर सकते , हम करेगे ही . इन देव दुर्लभ साधनाओ को में यहाँ पुनः देते समय बहुत आशान्वित हूँ की यह मेरे द्वारा लगभग 12 वर्ष पहले एक पत्रिका में प्रकाशित करायी गयी थी,और बहु संख्यक लोगों के इस साधनाओ को करके लाभ प्राप्त किया था , तो अब आप भी इन साधनाओ का महत्त्व समझे ओर जीवन को उन्नति युक्त बनाये ही.
सूर्य ग्रहण ओर चन्द्र ग्रहण जो की मात्र १५ , १५ दिन के अंतर पर आ रहे हैं तो यह तो साधको के लिए वरदान स्वरुप हैं साधको को यह तो समझना ही चाहिए , लोग भले ही ग्रहण को अशुभ माने पर ग्रहण का तात्पर्य तो स्वाकार करना हैं ओर इस प्रकृति की अद्भुत उपहार को जो समझ करके चल सके वही तो साधक हैं. (इस वर्ष कुल छह ग्रहण हैं जो की साधको के लिए तो शुभ हैं , पर विश्व में कितनी उथल पुथल मचा रहे हैं (यह तो आपको पता ही हैं )या मचाएंगे यह तो भाबिस्य के गर्भ में हैं , अगर यह समय अपने आपको और अपने प्रिय जनो को सुरक्षित करने का अवसर हैं तो क्योंनाही इसका उपयोग हम ओर आप करें.
यह तो बात सत्य हैंकि विश्व के लिए यह शुभ नहीं होते हैं पर जो अशुभ मेंसे भी अपने लिए शुभ निकाल सके वही तो योग्य साधक का लक्षण हैं .
साधना की प्रारंभिक तैयारी :
ग्रहण के पहले आप स्नान कर सफ़ेद या पीली रंग की धौति धारण करें .सदगुरुदे
ॐ परम तत्वयाय नारायणाय गुरुभ्यो नमः |
इसके बाद पूरे ग्रहण काल में निम्नलिखित मन्त्र का जप करते जाये और बिल्व पत्र या अक्षत को सदगुरुदेव जी के चित्र पर चढाते जाये,

न देयं कस्य चिभ्द्रद्रे
यो आचार्य येद गंध पुश्पाद्येः कवचम मन मुखेदितम ||
तेना चिंता महादेवी सारे दे
इसके बाद सदगुरुदेव जी से प्रार्थना करें की जो भी गलती त्रुटि साधना काल में हो गयी हो उसके लिए हमें क्षमा करे ओर आशीर्वाद प्रदान करे. एक ऐसा प्रयोग जो इस समय संपन्न होगा आपके जीवन ओर परिवार को सुरक्षा दे ता हैं इससे बड़ा सौभाग्य क्या होगा .
तीव्र भद्रकाली साधना :
आज के आधुनिक समय में हर ओर शत्रुओ की कमी नहीं हैं जो आपकी हर प्रगति चाहे वह साधना क्षत्र से सम्बंधित हो या व्यावसायिक से सम्बंधित हो जो आपकी प्रगति के लिए बाधा स्वरुप ही हैं , परन्तु यदि हम पुरुष हैं (यहाँ पर मेरा तात्पर्य स्त्री ओर पुरुष दोनों से हैं ) तो हम इन बाधा ओ का सामना करेंगे ओर विजयता भी प्राप्त करेंगे , क्योंकि हमारे पास साधना का बल तो हैं ही साथ ही साथ सद्घुरुदेव का आशीर्वाद तो हैं ही .
यह अति महत्पूर्ण तीव्र असरदायक साधना माँ महाकाली के एक तीव्र स्वरुप से सम्बंधित हैं जिसे भद्रकाली के नाम से संबोधित कहागया हैं. क्या अभी भी कुछ कहाँ बाकि हैं इस स्वरुप के बारेमें , यदि किसी को अभी भय हैं या हम में से कितने हैं की जो अपने ह्रदय पर हाथ रख कर सच कह सके की सच में पूरी तरह भय रहित हैं . अपने आपको पूर्ण तयः भय मुक्त करने के लिए तो यह साधना राम बाण हैं वह भी इस ग्रहण के अवसर पर तो क्या कहने .
आसन और धौती लाल रंग की होनी चाहिए , सामने बाजोट पर लाल रंग का कपडा बिछा रहना चाहिए ,इसके ऊपर लाल रंग से रंगे चावल रख दे तथा इसके ऊपर एक सुपारी रख दे जो की माँ महाकाली का प्रतीक हैं. फिर इसका पंचोपचार या षोडषोपचार पूजन करें , इसके बाद पांच माला गुरु मन्त्र की करें जिससे इसका आपको पूरा फल प्राप्त हो सके . फिर पूरे ग्रहण काल में निम्नलिखित मन्त्र का उच्चारण करते हुए काली सरसों इस विग्रह पर डालते रहे , और इस साधना का परिणाम आपको आपके सारे जीवन भर प्राप्त होगा.

दश्वक्त्रा दशभुजा दश्पादान्जन्प्रभा |कोटि सूर्
नाश्यित्व क्षणं देवी अन्यशत्रून विनाशय |
मंत्र :
क्रीं क्रीं क्रीं उग्र प्
साधना के उपरान्त सारी काली सरसों को अग्नि में फ़ेंक दे और इस मंत्र को भोज पत्र में लिख कर अपने परिवार जनों को धारण करा दे , यह उनके बहुमुखी सफलता के लिए होगा. इसके बाद इस साधना के काल में जो भी गलतिया ओर त्रुटी हुयी हैं उनके लिए सदगुरुदेव भगवान् से क्षमा प्रार्थना करें और इस मन्त्रको सदगुरुदेव भगवानके दिव्य चरणों में अर्पित करदे.

One commonalty asked question why sadhana should be done on a particular muhurt only , actually a wise sadhak always select a time when whole universe is his favors, when every thing is favor to us , than success can only be achieved with an minimum effort. Such a time is a coming on. And one should not miss this great opportunity. since this is not the phenomena repeated every month, and if not that why should not use this great muhurt for your well being.
Than why grahan is having so much value , Is because any single round rosary produces thousand times effect compare to any normal time. But be careful that does not means that any sadhana if mentioned with 100 round of rosary , that you can do here just one round and your sadhana is completed. No such a things, what the total mala or round of rosary mentioned with any sadhana that you have to do that there is no discount but if that time you do that than each mala brings you 1000 times effect that surely means you will have success.

Basic preparation for any sadhana:
Have a bath before the eclipse start wear white colored or yellow colored cloths(dhoti) and start complete sadguru poojan and after that recite 11 round of guru mantra

Teevra bhadrakali shatrunashak sadhana
In this modern life there are many enemy ,some are open and many are hidden all are obstruction to our progress either on spiritual side or material field. But if we are purush (here this means man or woman both) than problem comes to our way and we are equipped with sadhana bal, and blessing of Sadgurudev than what is the obstruction for ys. Victory will be already written on our forehead,.
This is the most effective sadhana and is related to mother Mahakali most effective form i.e. bhadrakali, so still anything is left to describe its effect. asan and dhoti should of red colored, and red colored cloth should be placed on the pooja table (samller one) and on that place some red colored rice(unbroken)and place a supari(betalnut) on that treat that asa sign of mother Mahakali. Do poojan either as panchopchar or shodshopchar after that do chant five rosary of guru mantra so that full effect of the sadhana can be gained. And while chanting the below mantra place black sarson on that vigrah to the whole graham kaal (eclipse), the result of that you will feel through out of the life.
