शासक वर्ग से तो हर व्यक्ति का आमना सामना होता ही हैं , और दिन प्रति दिन की दैनिक आवश्यकता ही ऐसी होती हैं की कितना भी आप कोशिश करे पर आपको इनसे दो चार होना पड़ता है हैं, और कुछ ऐसा , जहाँ हम कार्य कर रहे हो वहां पर भी सामने आता हैं, हम से उच्चाधिकारी हमेशा खुश रहे यह भी संभव नहीं हैं , कहीं न कहीं समस्या आ ही जाती हैं , पर यदि उच्चाधिकारी से अनुकूलता मिल जाए तो कतिपय अनेको कार्य आपके आसानी से हो सकते हैं जैसे लोन की स्वीकृति कहीं पर अत्यावश्यक कार्य से जाने के लिए अवकाश या इच्छित section में काम करना आदि आदि .
साधना जगत इसके लिए भी एक उपाय आपके सामने रखता हैं वह हैं उच्च अधिकारी वशीकरण . पर यहाँ इसका तात्पर्य यह नहीं लगाना चाहिए की आप यह करके कोई अनैतिक कार्य की सफलता प्राप्त कर लेंगे . वेसे भी जब भी किसी अनैतिक कार्य का सोच कर ऐसे मंत्रो का प्रयोग किया जाता हैं तो आप एक बात हमेशा याद रखे हम सभी शिष्यों के ऊपर सदगुरुदेव जी का ऐसा वरद हस्त हैं की हम किसी भी अनेतिक कार्य के लिए प्रयोग करेंगे तो वह कभी काम नहीं करेगा उल्टा कई बार हमारे ऊपर की क्रिया शील हो सकता हैं, अकारण किसी को भी नुकसान पहुचना ठीक नहीं हैं पर जब वास्तव में आपकी आवश्यकता हो तभी करे और आप पाएंगे आपके उच्चाधिकारी का आपको बहुत सहयोग मिलेगा .

साधनात्मक नियम :
पीलि धोती और पीले वस्त्र और पीला आसन इसमें जरुरी हैं .
मंत्र जप सुबह के समय पीली हकीक माला से करे
किसी भी शुभ अवसर पर या ग्रहण पर या सिद्ध महूर्त पर इस मंत्र को जितना जप कर सकते हैं उतना करे और फिर धुप दीप से पुजन करे .और कुछ हवन विधान कर सके तो और भी अच्छा होगा .
दिशा पूर्व या उत्तर की ओर हो .
तेल का दीपक लिया जा सकता हैं जो मन्त्र जप उस दिन का पूरा होने तक जरुर जले .
इसके बाद आप रोज़ एक माला मंत्र जप करते जाए जब तक की स्थिति अनुकूल न हो जाए
मंत्र में अमुक की जगह आप उस राज्यकर्मी या अधिकारी का नाम ले सकते हैं
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात संकल्प अवश्य ले और संकल्प में उस व्यक्ति का नाम भी जरुर ले .

General rules:
Can use yellow color clothes and yellow color aasan.
Mantra jap can be done through yellow hakik mala and in morning time.
In any auspicious day or in grahan do jap of this mantra much as you can and after that do poojan with dhup and deep and do havan if you can with this mantra.
Direction should be east or north.
Can use earthen lamp filled with oil and this should be lighted at least till the sadhana hours of that day.
Amuk word be replaced with the name of the person whom you want to take co operation,
Most important thing while taking sankalp you should clearly mentioned the person name .
