सूक्ष्म जगत प्रवेश साधना(SOOKSHMA JAGAT PRAVESH SADHNA)

हमारी सोच और समझा एक निश्चित सीमा तक ही होती है. जहा से आगे सब कुछ हमारे ज्ञान से परे होता है. उसी नूतन ज्ञान को प्राप्त करना साधक का लक्ष्य होता है और इसी प्रकार से हम अज्ञानता से धीरे धीरे विमुख होते चले जाते है. हमारे ज्ञान से आगे जो कुछ भी है जिसे हम नहीं जानते उसी को हम रहस्य का नाम दे देते है और वही से हमारी यात्रा शुरू होती है. हकीकत तो यह है की इस यात्रा मे ही साधक को अनुमान होने लगता है की उसे जितना और जो भी ज्ञान था वह तो वस्तुतः सागर की एक बूंद भी नहीं है. मनुष्य के मस्तिस्क की कल्पना शक्ति का जिस प्रकार से विकास हुआ होता है, उसकी एक निश्चित सीमा होती है. और उस सीमा से आगे मनुष्य सोच भी नहीं सकता. लेकिन ब्रम्हांड मनुष्य की सोच से कई कोटि गुना ज्ञान सम्प्पन है. विविध आयाम से इन्हें जाँच परख कर आज का आधुनिक विज्ञान भी इस बात को स्वीकार करता है की ऐसे कई सवाल है जिनके जवाब है ही नहीं. लेकिन हमारे ऋषि मुनियो ने इन रहस्यों को हजारो साल पहले साधना के माध्यम से ही जान लिया था. और उस पर निरंतर शोध कर के उन्होंने कई प्रकार के रहस्य सबंधित ज्ञान सब के सामने रखे थे. लेकिन काल क्रम मे हम फिर से अज्ञानी बन गए. ऐसे ही कई रहस्यों मे से एक है सूक्ष्म जगत. स्थूल जगत वह सृष्टि है जिसमे हम रह रहे है. लेकिन इसी स्थूल जगत के अंदर कई जगत समाहित है. सूक्ष्म जगत इस स्थूल जगत का ऐसा ही एक भाग है जहा पर पृथ्वी तत्व है ही नहीं. जेसे दूध मे पानी मिला हुआ होता है लेकिन हमें दिखाई ही नहीं देता, लेकिन किसी प्रकार अगर हम अणुओ मे भेद करना सीख ले तो हमें पता चल जाएगा. ठीक उसी प्रकार ही सूक्ष्म जगत का अस्तित्व भी स्थूल जगत मे विलीन है. अगर हम किसी प्रकार से इसमें भेद करने की द्रष्टि विकसित कर ले तो हम सूक्ष्म जगत को देख कर कई रहस्यों से अवगत हो सकते है. चाहे वह विभ्भिन आत्मो के अस्तित्व के बारे मे हो, या दूसरे लोक लोकांतर के बारे मे. या फिर विभ्भिन जगत तथा उनके निवासियो की रीतभात से परिचित होना हो. या फिर कई इस प्रकार के सूक्ष्म तथा गुप्त जगह हो देखना हो. यह सब संभव है. इसके लिए हमारे देश मे कई पद्धतिया प्रचलित रही जिसमे तत्व विज्ञान, तंत्र विज्ञान, अणुविज्ञान जेसी पध्धतिया रही. लेकिन सर्वाधिक जो प्रक्रिया प्रचलन मे आई वो योग तांत्रिक प्रक्रियाए थि. इसके पीछे का कारण सायद ये रहा हो की यह प्रक्रियाए सरल है सहज है. साथ ही साथ इसमें दूसरी प्रिक्रियाओ की तुलना मे रोज कम समय देना पड़ता है. वस्तुतः यह प्रक्रियाए कई सदियों की शोध का परिणाम होती है. आवाहन शृंखला मे इस प्रकार की पध्धातियो की चर्चा पहले ही की जा चुकी है. सूक्ष्म जगत मे प्रवेश से सबंधित योग तांत्रिक प्रक्रिया यहाँ पर दी जाती है. इसके लिए सब से उपयुक्त समय ब्रम्हमुहूर्त रहता है. साधक यथासंभव अनुलोमविलोम  तथा भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करे तो उत्तम है. भस्त्रिका समाप्ति पर साधक को आँखे बंद कर दोनों आँखों मे मध्य आतंरिक रूप से त्राटक करते हुए निम्न मंत्र का जाप एक घंटे के लिए करना चाहिए.

“ॐ सोऽहं स्वरूपाय आत्मगुरूवै नमः”

अभ्यास करने पर साधक को धीरे धीरे उस स्थान पर एक लंबा प्रकाश दिखने लगेगा. साधक उसमे धीरे धीरे आगे बढ़ता जाता है तथा वह अनुभव करने लगता है उसकी मीलो लंबी फेली सत्ता का. आगे अभ्यास करते रहने पर कई दिव्य अनुभव होते रहते है. तथा एक समय साधक को सूक्ष्म जगत साफ़ रूप से दिखने लगता है. यह दिव्य प्रयोग नियमित रूप से किया जाए तो साधक शीघ्र ही कुछ दिनों मे सूक्ष्म जगत मे प्रवेश कर सकता है तथा वहा के निवासियो से मिल सकता है.

Our thinking and imagination have its own limitation. From there, everything for us, acts as mystery. To achieve that unknown knowledge remains goal of sadhak and this way we slowly move forward from our unawareness. Whatever is further then our knowledge, the things which we do not know, we title them as mystery and from the same place only our journey toward knowledge starts. This is fact that in this journey duration sadhak starts realizing that whatever he understood as ‘knowledge’ was not even a drop of an ocean. The development took place in the mind about the power of imagination, it owns a limitation. And from the same limit human cannot even think too. But universe consist billions of time more knowledge than human can think. Today’s science too after several experiments accepts that there are so many questions which do not have the answers. But our ancient sages had solved such mysteries before thousands of years with the help of various sadhana processes. And with continuous research they presented knowledge regarding several mysteries. But with the time we ignored it. One of such mystery is sukshm jagat or astral world. Sthool jagat or material world is one in which we are living. But many such jagat or worlds are merged with this sthool jagat. Sukshm jagat is also part of this sthool jagat where there is no bhoomi tatva or base metal earth. The way water is mixed with milk but we cannot see it; but if we understand the techniques to see separation of milk and water atoms we can easily understand it. Same goes with existence of the sukshma jagat which is merged with sthool jagat. If we somehow develop the power to differentiate about these both, we can understand many secrets and mysteries. Rather it may be about existence of various souls or it is about existence of other worlds. Or it may be about various jagat and their residence and about being aware of their living methods. Or it may be about watching astral or secret place. These all things are possible. For these, in our country many methods had remained famous including tatv vigyan, tantra vigyan, anu vigyan. But most famous processes were yog tantric processes. The reason behind this may be that the processes are easy and comfortable. With this in comparison these processes takes lesser time daily then others. Actually these processes are results of several hundred years’ research. Such processes had already been discusses in aavahan series previously. Process in relation to enter astral world or sukshm jagat is being given here.  For this process best time is bramh muhurta. It is better for sadhak to practice anulomvilom and bhastrika pranayam with their comfort possible level. When bhastrika gets completed one should close both the eyes and should do trataka process internally in-between both the eyes for one hour while chanting the mantra given below.

 “Om Soham Swaroopaay AatmGuruvai Namah”

After process sadhak will start looking a long light at that place. Sadhak will move ahead in that light and will experience miles of long depth of his own internal space. While moving ahead in practice one will have several divine experiences. And time while sadhak will clearly be able to see sukshm jagat. If this divine practice is applied regularly one can enter in the sukshm jagat in just few days and can contact livings of there.
