Best time for daily sadhana and mahanisha kaal

जीवन ओर काल मनो पर्याय वाची से हैं,  जबतक जीवन तब तक काल कीसत्ता स्वीकारना ही पड़ती हैं, सभी चाहे वह साधक हो सिद्ध हो  का लक्ष्य यह रहा हैं ही वह कालातीत  हो सके पर माँ पराम्बा के कृपा बिना कहाँ संभव हैं,हर का प्रयास यह रहा  की  वह काल को जीत भले ही न पाए पर काल का ज्ञान तोप्राप्त कर ही ले .

और साधना की एक  आधार तो काल ही हैं, की जिस समय हम कमसेकम प्रयास में मनोबांछित सफलता पा पाए .हम विशिष्ट महूर्त  तो देखते हैं  पर हरक्षण अपने आप में महत्त्व पूर्ण  हैं क्योंकि  वह क्षण जीवन में दुबारा  नहीं आएगा |  तो क्या  हम उस क्षण का इंतज़ार करते रहे  हाथ पर हाथ रखे,

 

किसी समय विशेष का क्या  अर्थ  हैं एक प्रयोग करके देखे. सूर्योदय  के बाद उठकर खुली छत पर जाकर उत्तर दिशा   दोनों हाँ फेला कर इस प्रकार  खड़े हो जाये मानो की आप किसी का आलिगन करना चाहते हैं  आप महसूस करने कीकोशिश करे  की क्या कोई  तंरगे  आपको स्पर्श करती  लग रही हैं (कुछ भी महसूस नहीं होगा ). फिर अगले दिन आप ब्रह्म महूर्त से पहले लगभग ओर  रात्रि के  ३.३० Am  के बाद के समय में  ठीक ऐसे हीखड़े  हो फिर आप महसूस करेंगे  कि मानो उर्जा तंरगे आपको  स्पर्श कर रही  हैं  . पूरा शरीर उर्जा मय हो गया हैं , ऐसा क्यों हैं , कारण इतना  हें की भले ही काल एक लगातार  चलने वाली अखंड सत्ता  हैं पर जो  भी इसके बिभाग हैं वह अपने आप में अदिव्तीय  हैं, इस काल में  हमारे पितर  लोक से पूर्वज  सूक्ष्म  उर्जा की तंरगे भेजते हैं वह तो हमारे लिए मंगल मय ता  लाती  हैं बल बुद्धि उर्जा क्या नहीं दे जाती हैं पर हम उस समय भी.. ओर इसी तरह      तथा क्या   आप जानते हैं की  , राहू ,  केतु पृथ्वी  के उत्तरी ओर दक्षिण ध्रुव  के क्रमशः  परिचायक हैं . इसी काल के दौरान  उत्तरी ध्रुव  से जो प्राण उर्जा की विशेष तरंगे निकलती  हैं वे सिद्धाश्रम से सपर्कित  होने के कारण हमें प्राण उर्जा ओर साधना  में सफलता भी प्रदान करती हैं . ओर की अप्रमाण चाहिए की ये समय क्यों  इतने विशिस्ट  होते हैं , ओर इन समय मैं जब साधन या मंत्र जप किया जायेगा तब उसके परिणाम कितना सफलता दायक होगा  आप अनुमान  लगा सकते हैं . यह तो आप जानते हैं की   पूजा क़क्ष   को तो भवन की  इशान (प्रुर्वोत्तर  ) दिशा  में रखा  जाता हैं पर पूजा जबतक सूर्योदय  न हो तब तक  तक तो उत्तर दिशा की ओर  तथा सूर्योदय के बाद , पूर्व दिशा की ओर मुह करके करने को कहा जाता हैं .  

 

क्या कोई क्षण ऐसा नहीं हैं जिसमें  प्रतिदिन हम साधना  करे तो सर्वाधिक लाभ प्राप्त  हो  क्यों नही पर पहले सदगुरुदेव जीके जीवन से पता करेकी क्यों एक सही समय का  इंतज़ार  हर साधक को होना ही चाहिए

 

एक बार मुझे किसी गुरु भाई ने यह घटना सुनाई  जो की सदगुरुदेव भगवान् के भौतिक  लीला के समय जोधपुर कार्यालय  में हुए   थी. दिनभर  सैकड़ों फ़ोन कॉल ओर अनगिनत  साधको के चाहे वह उनके शिष्य हो या न हो , उनका मार्ग दर्शन करना ,ओर आने वाले पत्रों का उत्तर  लिखवाना ,वह  तो  परम पूजनीय माताजी का स्नेह पूर्ण आग्रह  यदि बार बार  न होता तो बे शायद कभी ऑफिस से उठते ही नहीं . वे जानते थे की कितना बड़े परिवर्तन की वे आधार शिला वे रख रहे हैं वहां  व्यक्तिगत रूप की आवश्यकता पूर्ती का  उन जैसे  परम पुरुष  को कहाँ समय .

पर इसके बादभी  जैसे भी उन्हें थोडा सा समय  मिलता वे अपने सर्व प्रिय  आत्म  पुत्रो से मिलने  पत्रिका कार्यालय आ जाते , आखिर क्यों  न आते जिन्होंने सदगुरुदेव जी  के कार्य सम्हालने    के लिए  अपनी व्यक्तिगत जीवन को भी दाव पर लगा दिया .( पर सच कहूँ तो इसमें दाव  भी कैसा था , जहाँ हमारे परम प्रिय  प्राणाधार सामने हो तब किस की इच्छा  होगी उन्हें छोड़ के जाने  की ). तो सदगुरुदेव जी कार्यलय मैं  आकर कभी कभी गुरु भाई जो वहां कार्यरत थे उनके प्रशनो के उतर देते  थे, उस दिन  भी बात चल पड़ी  ओर ऐसे किसी भी विनोद के क्षण में  अत्यंत  विनर्मता पूर्वक पूछा की "प्रिय गुरुदेव मैंक्या कुछ पूछ सकता  हु " उन्होंने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा "पूछो ".

 

"सदगुरुदेव जी आदि शंकराचार्य  जी तो समस्त सिद्धिय प्राप्त व्यक्ति थे, फिर क्या वह अपना भविष्य नहीं देख पाए की पाद पदम् उनका ही प्रिय शिष्य  ही उनको ढूध में जहर  मिलकर दे देगा ,   उनके साथ ऐसे करेगा .ऐसा क्यों हुआ "   

 

सदगुरुदेव उतर देते हुए  गंभीर होगये " बोले बेटे  बात सही हैं उन जैसा तो व्यक्ति अभी हजारो साल नहीं होगा , जो उन्होंने काम इस अल्प आयु में  किया  वह आने वाले युगोंमें भी कोई कर पाए संभव नहीं हैं, पर इतना होने के बाद भी  उनसे एक बहुत  छोटी सी गलती हो गयी , ओर वह थी की वे भी शिष्य के प्रति मोह में आ गए थे , पाद पदम् भी योग्य शिष्य था कभी ,तभी तो गुरुअनुगृह के कारण जब जल में कहाँ अपना पैर  रखता था वहां पर कमल खिल जाता था . परउसे बिना  परिपक्व किये  , आचार्य ने अपनी सिद्धिय उंडेलना प्रारंभ कर दिया , जहाँ भी युग पुरुषों के साथ ऐसी घटनाये  हुए, उनके पीछे या तो यह कारण रहा ही हैं , या दूसरा  अतिमहत्वपूर्ण कारण रहा हैं  की उनसभी ने  समय से पहले  कोई भी कार्य करना  चाहा , ओर इस की परिणिति  कई  बार उन्हें अपने जीवन दे कर भी चुकानी पड़ी "

 

यह कह कर सदगुरुदेव  भगवान् उठ खड़े हुए .. ओर फिर अपनी गुरु गंभीर  आवाज में कहा

" समय से पहले काम करने की गलती न मैंने की हैं , न कभी करूँगा "

सारे पत्रिका कार्यालय में मानो सन्नाटा  सा छागया ...

प्रिय भाइयो  आपको समय की महत्वता   के बारेमें तो  जानते ही हैं .

महूर्त  ओर विशिष्ट दिनों के बारेमें तो   आपने  कई बार पढ़ा ही हैं  सदगुरुदेव  जी ने और पूज्य पाद गुरुदेव त्रिमूर्ति जी  ने भी  पत्रिका  में अनेको  बार गुरु गंभीर लेख प्रकाशित  किये हैं   ही, ओर इस ब्लॉग के माध्यम से जो भी  सदगुरुदेव ओर पूज्य पाद गुरुदेव त्रिमूर्ति जी से  जो भी हमें कुछ मिला हैं आपके सामने अपनी क्षमता  भर रख ही रहे हैं , बस यदि आप  इस  ज्ञान को एक अंश मात्र भी अपने लिए उपयोगी पाते हैं ओर साधन रत होते हैं तो हमारा शिष्य रूपी यह अल्प  प्रयास  हम सफल मानेगे ही .ओर उन परम पवित्र श्री चरणों में एक पुष्पांजलि होगी .

पर आप जानते हैं  की  निशा का साधारण तात्पर्य  रात्रि होता हैं ओर रात्रि में भी चार पहर होते हैं  जिसमें दूसरा ओर तीसरा पहर तो अदिव्तीय  होता हैं .   साधना क्षेत्र के मनीषी यह जानते हैंकि हर संक्रांति अपने आप  में  एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण घटना  हें क्योंकि एक आयाम से दूसरा आयाम प्रारंभ हो रहा होता हैं ,मकर संक्रांति  का महत्त्व तो आप जानते हैं ठीक इसी तरह  रात्रि में भी जब  मृदु  रात्रि से गूढ़ रात्रि का संक्रांति   समय  जो प्रारंभ हो रहा होता हैं इस अंतर जगतकी संक्रांति का महत्त्व तो आँका  ही नहीं जासकता हैं, इन क्षणों  में की जा सकने वाली साधना  का महत्त्व  भी  आँका नहीं जा सकता हैं ,तभी तो इसे निशा काल नहीं बल्कि  इसे महा निशा काल कहा गया हैं . ओर इस तथ्य के बारे में बहुत हिकम लोग जानते हैं.

वास्तव मेंजब महानिशा प्रारंभ होतीहैं तब यह योगी के जागने का समय होता हैं  ओर इस काल का सीधा सम्बन्ध तो  माँ पराम्बा से होता हैं , तो इस काल में जिसका सम्बन्ध माँ पराम्बा से हैं उन्ही की साधना  की जाएगी तो सफलता कैसे दूर रह सकती हैं इस महानिशा के क्षण को ही तो  पूर्णता प्राप्ति क़ा समय कहा गया हैं

रात्रि का ११.३० से लेकर १.३० तक का समय महानिशा काल कहलाता हैं ओर जो आपकी साधना के लिए एक अदिव्तीय समय होता हैं .

आप इसके अलावा संधिकाल मतलब गोधुली बेला  भी ले सकते हैं .जो दिनमें सुबह ओर सांय काल होतीहैं .

समस्त तंत्र के महापडित , आचार्यो ,सिद्धो ने मनीषियों ने  काल    पहचान के संकेत दिए हैं .पडित गोपीनाथ कविराज जी के अनुसार ये  अष्ट  क्षण  हैं  महा महा  क्षण, महाक्षण,  ब्रह्म क्षण , माया क्षण , मोह माया क्षण , अभिशप्त क्षण ,  दग्ध क्षण  , सन्धिक्षण     इन सभी क़ा अर्थ ओर महत्ता  अपने आप में विशिस्ट ही   हैं .

इस   बारे में एक बात में नए गुरु भाइयों से भी कहना  चाहूँगा कि सदगुरुदेव अक्सर कहते .. कि प्रातः ५ से ६ बजे के मध्य में अपने सभी शिष्यों के पास जाता हूँ ही(हास्य में कहते थे कि अक्सर अधिकांस सोते हुए ही मिलते हैं ) यु तो सदैव  ही  उनके साथ रहता हूँ भले बे यह माने या न माने , अनुभव करे  या न करें ,पर जो भी बे इस समय पर मेरे चित्र के सामने जो भी भाव व्यक्त  या कहते  हैं  वह मुझ तक पहुँचता ही हैं .

 तो अब आपको क्या अब भी मुझे कहना  होगा कि आप समझ गए या नहीं  कि किस समय सदगुरुदेव पूजन ओर गुरु  मंत्र के लिए  ....

आज के लिए बस इतना ....

(यहाँ पर में एक बात बताना चाहता हूँ की जहाँ पर साधना के बारेमें जो भी निर्देश दिया गया हो /बताया गया  हो / स्पस्ट निर्देश किया हो  वहां पर  उन्ही दिए गए निर्देशित नियम को  ही माने.)

       Life and kaal means time are like a  synonymous . since lit the life goes on you have to accept the power of time, who so ever the sadhak may be , but every one tries /tried to became kalatit ,  but that can be only possible until divine mother  ma paramba  allow,  but this is the aim also if not able to get that level at least one must know what is the kaal (time).

 One of the foundation  of the sadhana is  kaal gyan  so with the help of that we can have success in less time. Mahurat are important and should be used but what about each moment passing so fast , are they not important, we just sitting waiting for  right moment  of mahurat  for our sadhana, no it is not like that , mother nature gave us very important moment in each days if understand.

 What is the value of  time of any specific moment , have an experiment  in any morning after the sunrise wake up and go to upstairs’ in open space , open your arm as much with your palm  facing outward . and be in this position for some minute , feel that any vibration , you will not feel any  such a  vibration . and very next day  try to wake up between 3.30 Am to before Brahma mahurat , do the same  procedure .you will feel much difference , so many vibration and you’re your body be full of  so much energy  you will be amazed why this happens. what is the reason, reason is..may be kaal is an unbroken chain , but inthat small segment  have many specialty,  our fore fathers who are in pitra lok send many vibration for us,and thses  waves provide us  the gyan ,power, aau etc, and we still not understand the value. And the same way  do you know that rahu and ketu (shadow planet ) are representing by the  north and south pole of earth.. and daily in that specified time so many strong vibration emerges from north pole and  again keep in  touch with holy siddhashram vibration they become so much powerful that not only  they energies us but  very helpful  to provide a way for success in sadhana. Still you need any more proof  As you all know that your prayer room or pooja room be situated in the north east direction of your house but we do not do pooja on facing that direction if we do pooja /sadhana before  the sun rise  than we have to face north direction and if after sun rise than our direction should be facing east.

Is there any specific moment on which if we do our daily sadhana ,than we can highly benefitted , why not , but before coming to that just go through  a small  event related to Sadgurudev ji so that  you can understand why  a proper  right time  is a must.

Once a guru brother told  me  a incident happened in jodhpur guru dham  patrika  office during the time  of Sadgurudev ji’s bhotik lila happening at there .

At that time Sadgurudev ji continuously busy in attending numerous calls coming from all the corner of world and he was continuously meeting the sadhak where he belongs to him or other, providing direction to each other, and  giving instruction what should be write in response to each letter, if poojniya mataji not pressing him continuously for meals , may be he will be continuously busy in office. He knew that he was building a great great foundation so param pyrush like him  had to work very very hard, and where is place for physical comfort. Now todays our siddhashram sadhak parivar is so much flourishing million of million of shishyas are there from all the walks of life , whose day and night result is this,

 Even if he get a little spare time, he came to meet his aatm ansh working day and night in office so that we would get patrika on time. and why not Sadgurudev ji knew that  they were in office leaving their material family.(if I say even this tyag is great but consider that you were nearer to your dearest Sadgurudev, what more can be beneficial.) so when Sadgurudev came to office ,he used to ask about well being of every one and some time provide answer to any queries raised by them, one such an incident one guru brother ask him, “Gurudev may I ask you a question if you permit me”

He smiling replied “yes ask.”

“Sadgurudev ji , when aadi shankarachary was a great siddha and having all the siddhita why not he able to  know that his beloved disciple pad padam would give him poison mix milk, was he not aware of that “

On replying this question Sadgurudev  became serious and said” yes there is no doubt that swami Shankar  was a great soul and greatest siddha, and in coming hundred of year no one like him seems to take birth , and if did a great work in the shortest span of time and that too in very early age, in spite of that he made a small mistake and the result of that he had to loose his life , and that was the before making his shishy perfect he starting  provide all the siddhita to his disciple pad padam, no doubt, pad padam was also a good shishy, if not why with the blessing of swami Shankar he got the siddhi  because of that when he walk over the water a lotus appeared just beneth his feet. Swami shaker got  moh towards his beloved shishy, and the result of that  he had to pay his life. and second reason is that whenever any yug purysh do the work before the correct time(the right time allotted for that) many times he has to loose his life. On the result of his karama.”

And Sadgurudev stood up. While moving towards door he said with very serious tone that” I never ever does any work before its allotted  right time  even before this time and not in future too I wil do that .”

All the person get shocked.

Dear brother you all are already knew the value of time.

 You have read many article published in the magazine /patrika by Sadgurudev ji and Poojya paad Gurudev trimurtiji in that scholarly article why such event are very important you all are already read and continuously reading, and we are here within our small capacity doing our best  though post to share with you what we learnt from Sadgurudev ji and Gurudev Trimurti ji ‘s blessing, if this gyan will be a single percent valuable to your sadhana and if you applied in the sadhana than our task is fulfilled, and this will be our small pushpanjali to sadgurudevji ‘s divine lotus feet.

As you well aware of that nisha means night, and in night there are for pahar (each one of three hour), in that second and third are very important.

The great scholar  of sadhana field already knew that each sankranti time (transition period ) is a very important event since in that from one aayam  ends and other is beginning  as you already aware of maker sankranti ‘s importance. Like the same way  in every  night times. Mridu night(mild one) changes to gudh ratri ( darker night), so that this  sankranti  of antar jagat (intertnal world), is very valuable one can not estimate the value of that , and same way one can not understand the  effect of sadhanas if performed in these moments .thats why these moment of time known as not as nisha kaal but as MAHA NISHAKAAL.. very few people came to know this facts.

Actually when this MAHA NISHAKAAL starts  than the awaking time for a sadhak will start , since period has a direct contact with the divine mother ma pramba , when any sadhana performed in this period divine mother blessing be always there than can success be far away  from you .and this MAHA NISHAKAAL l is also known as  a time for attaining completeness or purnta.

All the great one of tantra and sadhana field are agree on a appoint that

 The night time between 11.30 pm to 1.30 AM  are very very important , and can be used for sadhana, if you want to get faster result.

 And after that you can take go dhuli vela means theses comes twice in a day time in the morning time when sun rises and in the evening time when when sun set.

Many of the great scholar  of tantra field , aacharys, siddhas provided many clue  of these kaal gyan. According to  Great scholar pandit gopinath kaviraj Theses asht kshn (eight moments ) are  maha maha kshan(great great moment), maha kshan,  brahm kshan ,maya kshan,moh maya kshan ,abhishapt kshan ,dagdh kshan , sandhikshan , aal thses having not only the special name but having the specialty and importance .

 

Here I would to share a small info (important one) with our new guru brother and sister that  Sadgurudev used to say that  every morning between 5 Am to 6 A .m. I used to visit every shishay /shaishya (smiling he also said that most of them found in sleeping stage) as  I am always with them whether they believe or not and  feel that or not, but in this time whatever  they wanted to say to me and express their feeling that reaches directly  to me without any doubt.

So may I have to still remind you  that are you understand what will be most valuable time for Sadgurudev poojan and guru mantra jap..
