There are many techniques in sadhna path and each of them is important
in different contexts. But some procedures are precious and one of such
precious procedure is Sabar padhati i.e. doing sadhna
through mantra of Sabar padhati. Sadgurudev has said at one place that “ If you get one sadhna in two padhatis and if you have
option to choose then always choose Sabar Padhati sadhna. And this fact carries
a lot of weightage since attaining success in sadhna at any cost is objective
of any sadhak. For this purpose only, he puts so much of hard work and mantra
of Sabar Padhati makes this task very much easier.”
One would have witnessed the effect of these mantras (which are in vogue
today due to efforts of Guru Gorakhnath) some time or the other because at many
places you can find the person who are well acquainted with these mantras. May
be these sadhnas are simple but by which padhati they are being done, many
things depend on it.
Today in market there is available thousands of Sabar Mantra and daily,
a new book comes in market full of these mantras. Some books are very cheap and
some…..? But here one question arises again that has
writer really done the sadhna mantra given in book himself? Or what is
the authentic source from which he has compiled or if
there are any defects in them? And what is its solution?
Is writer aware of all these facts or? And this
will become a new problem.
In the similar manner, this applies to many mantras and their sadhna
procedure. Many times “Aatm Aavahan” which can

साधना मार्ग मे अनेको प्रविधियां हैं और उनका अपनी अपनी जगह एक अपना अर्थ भी पर कुछ विधियाँ पाने आप मे अनमोल हैं और इन कुछ अनमोल विधि मे से एक हैं साबर पद्धिति से अर्थात साबर पद्धिति के मंत्रो से साधना को सम्पन्न करना .एक स्थान पर सदगुरुदेव कहते हैं “की अगर कोई भी दो पद्धति एक ही साधना की मिले और उनमे चुनने का अवसर हो तो हमेशा साबर पद्धति की ही साधना चुनना .और यह बात अपने आप मे बहुत अर्थ रखती हैं क्योंकि साधना मे सफलता पाना वह भी हर हाल मे एक साधक का लक्ष्य होता हैं .और इसी के लिए तो वह इतना मेहनत करता हैं और साबर पद्धति के मंत्र यह कार्य बहुत आसान कर देते हैं .”

आज वे अमृत वचन उपलब्ध ही नही हैं
अन्यथा आज स्तिथि क्या होती
सिर्फ सोचा जा सकता हैं .
