SHIV SHAKTI SAMANVIT GURU SADHNA

Brahma and universe originated from its existence is basically formed by two elements, Purush and Prakriti. Complete forms of these elements are known in Aagam by the name of Aadi Shiv and Shakti.Shiv is Purush (male) element and Prakriti is Stri (female) element. It does not matter how much we say about these elements, it will be under-statement only since these are two prime forms of basic universal element on whose basis whole universe is operational. Combined form of these two is Brahma only and mixed form of these two is Ardhnareeshwar. There is no one who is not familiar with importance and place of guru in life and especially in field of tantra, he holds very high place. It has been said about Guru that Gurursaakshaat ParBrahma. Guru is visible form of ParBrahma. Its analysis is very abstruse but if we decode it, it means only this that Guru is combined form of Aadi Shiv and Shakti. He has got both; he in visible form is Purush and Prakriti. Due to presence of female element, Guru is Bhaav-Pradhan (primacy of feeling) .Prakriti Bhaav feelings of motherhood, affection, sympathy and love are completely implicit in him and under the influence of these Bhaavs, he always works for welfare of sadhak. And being combined with Purush element, he is full of feelings like valour, strength, bravery, fearlessness, courage, wisdom, prudence etc. and always does the welfare of sadhak for progress in life aspects by procedural knowledge.

Sadhak always tries to move life to higher pedestal by doing procedures related to various Ishts in sadhna life. But root of all these lies in Guru Sadhna. Estimating importance of Guru Sadhna is not possible but still one of the facts among millions of facts of its abstruseness is that Guru Sadhna is basically sadhna of Brahma only. Every animate and inanimate has been formed due to fusion of Purush and Prakriti. God and goddesses basically are various split forms of Bramha only because in reality, all these have originated from Aadi Shiv i.e. outer form and Shakti i.e. inner form only. In this manner, sadhna of any god or goddess is done by considering him/her as form of Brahma only. In reality, there are many types and sub-types of Guru Sadhna also. There are various types of Guru Sadhna known in Tantra field for attaining various types of siddhis in various forms and getting blessings from Sadguru.

As it has been told that one of the important aspects of Guru Sadhna is that in reality, Guru Sadhna is Brahma sadhna. But this sadhna is sadhna related to spiritual life of sadhak. Sadhna presented here, is one very important prayog for sadhak’s life because it is sadhna of two major elements of Guru Element or Brahma element i.e. Shiv and Shakti form. When person does sadhna in combined form of these two then it becomes sadhna of Brahma form. But for the success of sadhak in both materialistic and spiritual aspects of success, giving place to combined Shiva and Shakti sadhna in life can be called highest fortune.

Describing benefits of this sadhna is next to impossible but some worth-mentioning points are as follows

There is progress in materialistic aspect of sadhak. Environment of peace and happiness is established in home.

Sadhak also attains success in field of business and study etc. also.

Sadhak becomes lucky to see various scenes in sadhna time which are related to previous lives of sadhak.

As far as spiritual aspect of sadhak is concerned, it destroys the former sinful deeds of sadhak and provides emotional basis for coming higher-order sadhnas.

Beside this, sadhak attains the knowledge of various types of secrets related to universal Shiv Shakti form. Sadhak attains the blessings of Guru. Sadhak experiences journey in various hidden places also in Bhaav Awastha. Sometimes, sadhak experiences the company of Sadguru and various Siddhs in state of sub consciousness or dreams.

Sadhak can start this rare prayog from any Thursday or Sunday. It can be done at any time in day or night but daily it should be done at fixed time.

Well, the best day to start this sadhna is Bhadrapad Poornima which is called Shivshakti Swaroopa Guru Siddhi Divas. This time, it falls on 30^th of this month and it is Sunday also. Therefore, starting this sadhna in this auspicious Yog is best.

Sadhak should take bath and sit facing north or east direction. Dress and aasan of sadhak should be white or yellow.

Place Guru Picture in front of you and do Guru Poojan.

After that, sadhak should chant 51 rounds of below mantra. Due to mantra being easy, it is not difficult to chant 51 rounds. Sadhak can use Guru Rosary, Guru Rahasaya Rosary, Sfatik rosary or Rudraksh rosary for chanting.

After that, sadhaks should dedicate Jap in the lotus feet of Sadgurudev. Sadhak should do this procedure for 5 days. Rosary should not be immersed by sadhak. Sadhak can do any Guru Sadhna by this rosary. If sadhak uses the rosary which he uses for daily chanting, then there is no fault in using the same rosary for daily process after sadhna is completed.

Sadhak start getting benefits related to sadhna from the sadhna days only and sadhak gets introduced to many secrets on his own.

ब्रह्म तथा उसी सत्ता से निसृत ब्रह्माण्ड मूलतः दो तत्वों से निर्मित है, पुरुष एवं प्रकृति. इन्ही दो तत्वों के पूर्ण रूप आदिशिव तथा शक्ति के रूप में आगम में जाने जाते है. शिव पुरुष तत्व तथा प्रकृति स्त्री तत्व है. इन दो तत्वों के बारे में जितना भी कहा जाए सब कम ही है. क्यों की यह मूल ब्रह्मांडीय तत्व के दो मुख्य स्वरुप है, जिसके आधार पर ही पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड गतिशील तथा कार्यशील है.  इन दोनों का सम्मिलित स्वरुप ही ब्रह्म है तथा इन दोनों का मिश्र स्वरुप है अर्धनारीश्वर. जीवन में गुरु का स्थान तथा महत्त्व से कोन व्यक्ति परिचित नहीं है, विशेषकर तंत्र क्षेत्र में तो यह स्थान अत्यधिक उच्चस्थान है. क्यों की गुरु के विषय में ही कहा गया है की गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म. गुरु ही परब्रह्म का साक्षात अर्थात प्रत्यक्ष स्वरुप है. इसका विश्लेषण अत्यधिक गुढ़ है, लेकिन अर्थघट्न किया जाए तो इसका अर्थ यही होता है की गुरु आदिशिव तथा शक्ति का सम्मिलित स्वरुप है. दोनों से युक्त है, वही प्रत्यक्ष रूप में पुरुष तथा प्रकृति है. स्त्री तत्व होने के कारण गुरु भाव प्रधान होते है, ममत्व, स्नेह, करुणा, प्रेम जेसे प्रकृति भाव उनमे पूर्णता से निहित होते है तथा इन्ही भावो के वशीभूत वह साधक के कल्याण में सदैव कार्य करते रहते है. तथा पुरुषभाव से युक्त उनमे शौर्य, पराक्रम, वीरता, निडरता, साहस, बुद्धि, विवेक आदि भावो से परिपूर्ण वे नित्य ही साधक के जीवन पक्ष की उन्नति के लिए प्रक्रियात्मक ज्ञान से कल्याण करते है.

साधक के साधनात्मक जीवन में वह विभिन्न इष्ट से सबंधित प्रक्रियाओ को कर के अपने जीवन को उर्ध्वगामी करने का प्रयास करता रहता है. लेकिन इन सब के मूल में महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रिया है गुरुसाधना. गुरु साधना का महत्त्व आंकना संभव नहीं है लेकिन फिर भी इसकी गूढता के कोटि महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों में से एक तथ्य यह है की गुरुसाधना मूलतः ब्रह्म की ही साधना है. पुरुष तथा प्रकृति के मिलाप से समस्त जड़ तथा चेतन का अस्तित्व निर्मित हुआ है. देवी देवता मूल रूप से ब्रह्म के ही विविध विखंडित रूप है क्यों की उन सब की उत्पति वास्तव में आदिशिव अर्थात बाह्यस्वरुप तथा शिव अर्थात आतंरिक स्वरुप से ही हुई है. इस प्रकार कोई भी देवी देवता की साधना मूल रूप से उसे ब्रह्म का एक स्वरुप मानकर ही की जाती है. वास्तव में गुरुसाधना के भी अनेको भेद उपभेद है. विविध स्वरुप में विविध प्रकार की सिद्धि प्राप्ति हेतु तथा सदगुरु से आशीर्वचन तथा उनकी कृपा द्रष्टि के उद्देश्य से नाना प्रकार से गुरु साधना तंत्र के क्षेत्र में प्रचलित है.

जेसे की कहा गया है गुरुसाधना का एक महत्वपूर्ण पक्ष यह है की गुरु साधना वास्तव में ब्रह्म साधना है. लेकिन यह साधना साधक के आध्यात्मिक जीवन से सबंधित साधना है.

प्रस्तुत साधना, साधक के जीवन के लिए एक अत्यंत ही महत्वपूर्ण प्रयोग है, क्यों की यह गुरु तत्व या ब्रह्म तत्व के मुख्य दो तत्व शिव तथा शक्ति दोनों स्वरुप की साधना है. व्यक्ति जब गुरु साधना इन दोनों के सम्मिलित स्वरुप में करता है तब वह ब्रह्म रूप की साधना बन जाती है, लेकिन भौतिक तथा आध्यात्मिक दोनों पक्षों में साधक की गतिशीलता तथा सफलता के लिए उनका शिव तथा शक्ति से युक्त स्वरुप की साधना को जीवन में स्थान देना उच्चतम भाग्य ही कहा जा सकता है.

इस साधना के लाभ के बारे में विवेचना प्रस्तुत करना असंभव सा है लेकिन कुछ अभिव्यक्ति वाचक लाभ निम्न रूप से है

साधक को भौतिक पक्ष में उन्नति की प्राप्ति होती है, घर में सुख तथा शांति का वातावरण स्थापित होता है.

साधक को व्यापर तथा अभ्यास आदि क्षेत्र में भी तीव्रता प्राप्त होती है.

साधक को यह सौभाग्य भी प्राप्त होता है की साधना काल में विविध द्रश्य साधक को दीखते है जो की साधक के पूर्व जीवन से सबंधित होते है.

साधक के आध्यात्मिक पक्ष में साधक के पूर्व पाप कर्मो का क्षय करता है तथा आगे उच्चतम साधनाओ के लिए भावभूमि प्रदान करता है.

इसके अलावा साधक को कई प्रकार के ब्रह्मांडीय शिव शक्ति स्वरुप रहस्यों का ज्ञान होता है. साधक के ऊपर गुरु की कृपा द्रष्टि प्राप्त होती है, साधक विभिन्न गुप्त स्थानों की यात्रा भी भावावस्था में अनुभव करता है. कई बार साधक को तन्द्रा या स्वप्नावस्था में सदगुरु तथा विभिन्न सिद्धो का साहचर्य अनुभव होता है.

साधक इस दुर्लभ प्रयोग को किसी भी गुरुवार या रविवार से शुरू कर सकता है. समय दिन या रात का कोई भी रहे लेकिन रोज एक ही समय पर साधना करनी चाहिए.

वैसे इस साधना को शुरू करने के लिए उत्तम दिवस है भाद्रपद पूर्णिमा जिसको शिवशक्ति स्वरुप गुरु सिद्धि दिवस कहा जाता है. इस बार यह इस महीने की ३० तारीख को है तथा उसी दिन रविवार भी है, इस लिए इस श्रेष्ठ योग में इस साधना को शुरू करना अत्यधिक उत्तम है.

साधक को स्नान आदि से निवृत हो कर उत्तर या पूर्व दिशा की तरफ मुख कर बैठना चाहिए. साधक के वस्त्र तथा आसान सफ़ेद या पीले रंग के हो.

अपने सामने गुरुचित्र को स्थापित कर गुरुपूजन सम्प्पन करे

इसके बाद साधक निम्न मंत्र की ५१ माला मंत्र जाप करे. मंत्र सहज होने के कारण ५१ माला मंत्र जाप करना मुश्किल नहीं है. मन्त्र जाप के लिए साधक गुरु माला, गुरु रहस्य माला, स्फटिक माला या रुद्राक्ष माला उपयोग में ला सकता है.

इसके बाद साधक जप का समर्पन सदगुरुदेव के चरणो मे कर दे. साधक को यह क्रम ५ दिन करे. साधक को माला का विसर्जन नहीं करना है. साधक उसी माला से कोई भी गुरुसाधना कर सकता है, अगर साधक नित्यक्रम में मंत्रजाप की माला का उपयोग भी करता है तो उसमे कोई दोष नहीं है, साधक साधना समाप्त होने के बाद भी साधक उसी माला का जाप नित्यक्रम के लिए कर सकता है.

साधक दिनों में ही साधक को साधना से सबंधित कई लाभों की प्राप्ति होने लगती है तथा कई रहस्यों से साधक अपने आप ही परिचित होने लगता है.
